Stunning, big vintage 1950s Peruvian figural brooch bearing the signature of Italian-born Graziella Laffi, the so-called "Spratling of Peru". I believe the figure represents an Inca god, shown here with a snake coiled around his waist and holding two salamanders. The brooch is made of thick gauge silver sheet, perfectly cut and finished, with silver overlay parts and hand-chased details. A fantastic example of Laffi's exceptional design genius, it measures 2 1/4" tall by 2 3/8" wide...

A nice black glaze candle holder, slight thickly potted with handsome figure of the Ram. Five dynasty-Song dynasty probably Southern China kiln in perfect condition and free from any restoration, only aside above the foot with degradation glaze. Long measure: 20.5cm and High maximum: 14cm.

Sterling silver ring mounted with an intricate hand carved rock crystal face c.1930's signed by Frederick Fred Davis(1880-1961). The Pre-Columbian design face measures 1 inch. Ring size is 11. In their chapter on Fred Davis, Greta Pack and Mary Davis' MEXICAN JEWELRY states that "he set as jewels the little old stone carvings which were still being dug up from the fields and were plentiful at that time"...

A wonderful ethnographic folk art object, this style of farm animal bell has been used in Thailand for centuries. Hand carved from wood by the herder and tied around the animals neck this traditional bell is hinged (or pegged) in 2 places to allow for a gentle knocking sound. This one was used for a goat and has remnants of the original hand made rope.

From Ibaden, Nigeria this traditional Yoruba cloth was woven by the men of the village. It was worn tied around the waist of the woman, and used as a baby carrier. This piece was brought back from Africa in 1961. Hand loomed of cotton fibers, it has a wonderful soft color and texture. It measures 10" wide and 68" long including fringe.

A Victorian 12k genuine turquoise and diamonds ring circa 1890 1900. This antique size 2-3/4 or 2.75 yellow gold ring measures 3/4" x 1/4" across the top. It is mostly unmarked but has been tested. It may have been sized down in the past, which means sometimes original stamps are lost. The turquoise cabochons gem stones are genuine Persian turquoise...

A beautiful Chinese Cloisonne Tea pot of very large size featuring gilt bronze handle and top with exquisite foo dog images in cloisonne design. In excellent condition measuring approx. 13 tall and 16 inches at its widest point.

Deco in design this rarely seen or available 4 3/4 inches long sterling silver and turquoise pin in the form of an arrow or hummingbird was designed and signed (c.1950) by American and Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling(1900-67). Sterling silver and amethyst necklace on heavy link chain designed and signed (c.1940) by American and Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling(1900-67). The pendant detaches from the chain to be worn as a stunning brooch or pin. The pendant measures 3 1/4" X 3 1/4". The signed Spratling chain measures 17 inches long. The necklace with chain weighs 102 grams or 3.6 oz. Beautiful vintage condition with no dings, dents or repairs. All 10 amethyst stones are original with no chips or cracks...

A original oil painting of the The Copenhagen (København) was a Danish sailtraining vessel rigged as a five-masted steel auxiliary barque(1921–1929). It was, according to Alan Villiers, the largest and finest sailing vessel in the world at the time it vanished. Oil on canvas signed lower right indistinctly and titled measuring 17 X 25 image framed size approx. 23 X 31. In good antique condition some age cracking. A nice historical decorative painting.
