A very good sterling silver wine bottle or decanter coaster by Gorham. The flared lip is heavily decorated with a floral scrolled border in the Rococo style. The repousse decoration is finely done. The bottom of the coaster is fully hallmarked with one of the older Gorham hallmarks, the design copyright date 1889, the pattern number 325 and the date symbol for 1891.

An attractive 19th century Victorian art glass basket. This unsigned 8-3/4" high quality basket features a ruffled-edge custard glass body with clear cranberry glass edging; the clear naturalistic glass handles resemble crossed branches (one has two spurs). The pontil is polished. It has a nice fiery glow when back-lit, and this Victorian art glass piece is in excellent original condition with no cracks, losses, damage or repairs...

A mulberry transfer English Staffordshire plate in the Athens pattern by William Adams & Sons made c. 1850. The inking is crisp and sharp, even on the backside as evidenced by the clear registry mark. The shape has 14 edges. Adams was one of the longest lived potters in England, operating as late as the 1990s.

Wonderful blue Cluthra M-handled vase standing 10 inches tall and 7 inches in diameter at its widest point. The vase is shape 8508 and is entirely mixed blue and white from top to bottom. It does not shade to white at the bottom. The bubbles in the Cluthra are small (1/4 inch diameter or less) and are well distributed. There is no damage to this unsigned vase.

A lovely set of three pewter measuring mugs for quarter, Pint and 1/2 pint, England, 18th.-19th. century.

Scarce as a complete set in this quality with brass rims and profusely inscribed with owners names and fine pewter touchmarks. The Quarter mug (1 quart Imperial capacity) is quite large and would probably have contained nearly a liter liquid. These lovely linen travel rolls were made and sold in Maine and NH by the Shakers. They are made with natural linen and have red trim. During the winters the sisters embroidered them . This is an original 18th century Gouyn period porcelain Chelsea fob seal. These seals were given as love tokens by the wealthy and known as "toys". This particular seal features a nun with her gilded black cape holding a staff and reading from a book. The seal reads in red letters, "Amour Spirituel", ("Spiritual Love"). They measure 7 5/8 inches high and the diameter of the foot is 4 1/4 inches. The pair is decorated with rose and pink colored roses that tumble around each piece. The ground color is green that shades from light to dark. The tops of the candlesticks are painted with gold.

Exquisite Victorian silver bangle bracelet enhanced with a raised floral motif in two color gold. This unusual and striking cuff can be worn alone or joined with other gold or silver bangles. A beautiful and tall open flame oil lamp of Facon de Venice type, probably from Liege. Showing superb proportions and elegance, the large spouted font sits atop a capstan type knop, above a hollow, squat inverted baluster knop, which in turn leads into an elongated, hollow, rib-molded inverted baluster type stem that has 3 graduated applied ruffled collars or trailings, finally ending in a basal knop above a folded foot.

A beautiful opaque twist cordial glass, the bucket bowl fulsomely engraved with fruiting grapevines. The stem, of the single series opaque twist type (SSOT), making it much less common than the usual double series, has two spiral gauzes. Conical foot with snapped pontil.

Beautiful bronze statue by Eugene Marioton, French, 1854-1925, titled "Vainquer." The statue itself stands 27 1/2" tall, and it sits on a bronze and rogue marble pedestal that measures 44" tall, making the complete set just under 6" tall. The statue is inscribed Eug. Marioton, and Siot-Decauville is the French foundry. There is some minor pitting on the bottom by the signature, but none at all on the statue body or pedestal This beautiful statue and pedestal is being sold as a set only.

A Gorham Sterling Silver Berry or Serving Spoon in the "Raphael" pattern, patented 1874 and dated from shortly after. It is 8" in length with an oval bowl of 3.5" x 2.5". There is an elaborate monogram on the handle, matching item #534 (see picture) and the condition is excellent.

Exceptional Moser cut to clear 6 sided cranberry red stem glass. Each panel has a raised hand cut medallion. 5 medallions feature finely hand cut and gold gilded bouquets of different flowers. The 6th is monogrammed. Probably used as a wine glass, this is truly an amazing work of art. Dates around 1910, and measures 5.25 inches high.

An exceptional and rare Italian cut and voided velvet panel, probably Genovese, done in a dark green on a beige foundation. The motif features mythological animals and urns, all surrounded by foliate scrolls.

The condition is quite fine, even for a textile 250 years younger. The length is 64 1/2", with a width of 10 1/2".
