Eight(8) American Porcelain "K T & T, Knowledge, Taylor & Knowledge" from from "East Liverpool", "Ohio" Dessert Plates, Pre 1900, 8" diameter, with hand painted Bouquets of Flower design, marked "K. T. & T. China." and pattern date and numbers in green on the back. There are some glaze stains on the bottom in some of the plates but front decorated surface shows in good condition.

English Georgian Classical sterling silver ewer, 18th century. Girdled ovoid bowl and scrolled helmet mouth with beaded and flowering strapwork rim; cast double-scroll handle with Venus, her torso undraped offering grapes to recumbent Cupid. Satyr head applied to spout exterior. Chased leaf borders. Gilt-washed interior. Marked. Very good condition with deep patina.

A Japanese tankard with lid made for the Western market, or at least in the Western taste, with an Imari palette. Traces of the gilding are still visible. The blue is underglaze, the other colors overglaze enamels. 8 inches (20.5 cm) tall with cover and approx. 5 ¾ inches (14.5 cm) across handle.

Condiion: fair bit of wear including gilding mostly gone, a hairline from the lip part way down the neck, glaze flakes on the handle and two small chips on the cover...

Royal Copenhagen cup and saucer with gold trimming. The cup is adorned with a crown and a calligraphy design. Both cup and saucer are stamped with the maker's mark of Royal Copenhagen. The saucer is 5 inches in diameter and the cup is 3 inches in diameter and 2 inches in height.

This wonderfully handpainted 10-3/8" across bowl stands 4" high and 8-1/2" deep, it has a handle on one side, and the painting is of very high quality for a painted blank. This porcelain chocolate cup and saucer was produced in France by Jean Pouyat Limoges in the 1890s. The porcelain was produced and decorated at the factory. The saucer is 4 7/8 inches in diameter. The cup is 3 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/4 inches. The ground color is powder blue. Art Nouveau style dandelions are hand painted and hand gilded on each piece. Very nice Staffordshire transferware plate in the “Lion” pattern from the “Quadruped” series by Hall. The plate is very finely decorated in underglaze blue with four reserves depicting zebras, goats, deer and horses, surrounding a central reserve depicting a lion. Unmarked.

Handmade of colonial silver, this "mate" cup is of Uruguayan origin from the 1850-1870 period.
"Mate" is a special cup for drinking "yerba mate" a popular tea brewed from the leaves of a native holly (Ilex Paraguariensis). The perforated silver straw used for drinking the "mate" contains leaves carving.

A handsome three-piece gilt bronze desk set by Marshall Field comprising a letter rack, pen wipe and pen tray. Each piece is decorated with intertwined stylized dragons against a ribbed background with a beaded border. The workmanship is very fine. Marshall Field was an active producer of very high-quality metalwares during the Arts & Crafts period. The bottom of the letter rack is marked “Made by Marshall Field & Co. 2 29”. The bottom of the pen tray is marked “MF & Co VIKING”...

Gilded Age sterling silver blackberry bowl. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Round well; sides tapering with chased outsized leaf border. Scrolled and open turned down rim with applied c-scrolls, leaves, berries, and diaper. A great high-low design with wild fruit wrought in precious metal. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 14619 (first produced in 1900), and director’s letter T (1892-1902). Very good condition.

This antique Amish mat is hand braided and really nicely hand sewn. It is in near perfect condition with some minor surface abrasion. It is very tightly braided and to the touch it feels like it has some wool in the fabric. The colors are a green/blue, pink and purple. I lies perfectly flat on the table. 10" by 13" Late 19th C.

Ring of diamonds and platinum, our band has 5 cushion cut diamond atop a band incised with scrolls and "V" flourishes. The ring has hallmarks for platinum and 18K as well as a maker's mark WG&S, William Greenwood and Sons. If you are looking for a diamond ring for a small finger size, this is the ring for you. A wonderful set of six Victorian silverplate napkin rings. The outsides are decorated with two cherubs grasping baroque reserves framed with swirls of acanthus leaves, pendant bellflowers and other ornate decorative devices. The insides are brightly gilt. It is very unusual to find a complete matching set of Victorian napkin rings.

Origin: probably American, circa 1890. Condition: all original, no monograms, normal wear the the plating on the insides and outsides...
