A Frence Faience Roccoco Style Tureen and Cover. Cover with Cauliflower, Carrot and Turnip Top. Bowl with C-scroll handles. Dimensions; 10" x 9.75" x 11.5" high; weight approximately 5 pounds. Circa 1890. Normal wear for old faience.

This C1870 Victorian necklace features 9K hand crafted solid gold beads strung on a gold chain. It is the perfect piece for layering with an antique chain, or layering with another beaded chain as shown in our photos. (Other beaded chain seen in photo is also available on 1St dibs as a 18K gold bead necklace). The necklace is 16 inches long and weighs 24 grams.

An Edwardian sterling silver oval English sterling silver hinged box fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1901. This antique 2-1/2" tall and 2-7/8" wide box has a tightly fitting lid, it has an arm and mace armorial engraving and it has the maker's mark for Atkin Brothers (Harry Atkin). It weighs 88.4 grams and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Antique, late 18th century, Polish cavalry sword with steel hilt, of typical form for the swords of the KaWaleria Narodowa, comprising a large, plain steel guard, a back-strap, and a wooden grip covered in leather with ribbed pattern, and a long slightly curved sturdy and solid steel blade cut with full-length fuller.

The swords with this type of a large plain steel guard appeared in Poland in the last quarter of the 18th century...

A unusual brass tea caddy from the Imperial Romanov era. These boxes are much more frequently seen as rectangular shapes rather than ovals. The hinged lid is decorated with an ornately detailed appliqué of the imperial Romanov double-headed eagle. The interior is tin-lined in the traditional Russian style. The lid can be locked with a small padlock—a reminder that tea was once an expensive, luxurious commodity that had to be protected from household thieves...

A Fine Pair of George II Silver Sauce Boats, Hallmarked in London in 1744 and made by William Shaw and William Priest. Featuring shell knees, hoof feet, scalloped border and acanthus decorated flying scroll handles. Dimensions; 6" x 3.25" x 3.75" high; total weight 10.5 Troy ounces. Very fine condition.

Elegant five stone sapphire and diamond band ring shown with one of our gold Mitzvah bands. With its slender profile, this makes a wonderful ring stack. Stack 2, 3 or 4 other rings and you have a terrific look. This ring was made in the 1910's in the Victorian style. Extraordinary French bronze jewel box in the Louis XVI style. The lid has a bas-relief design illustrating a boating party preparing to pass below an aqueduct. A city rises in the distance, while the foreground is populated with very detailed trees and shrubs. The scene is draped in fabric, tied at the corners with ribbon and surmounted with a laurel wreath intertwined with a torch and staff, typical Louis XVI devices. The sides are decorated with beautifully detailed swags of roses...

A blown moulded Art Nouveau green Loetz glass vase with 'Cherry Sprig' pewter mounts, probably designed by Frederich Adler, and made by Orion Pewter, Nuremberg, Germany circa 1905. A similar vase is illustrated in "20th Century Pewter" by Paul Carter Robinson (2012) ISBN 978 1 85149 6150. Condition: there are some very small surface nicks to the glass and slight bumps to the pewter; no cracks, losses or repairs. 10cm (4 inches) high; 11cm (4.3inches) across.

Gilt Chinoserie decoration on a deep blue ground; 2 5/8" tall by 2 5/8" diameter; very, very minimal gilt rubbing in a few spots at the bottom, of much less import than the photos indicate

Plymouth sterling silver water pitcher. Made by Gorham in Providence in 1909. Tapering and paneled ovoid body, reeded helmet mouth, capped scroll bracket handle, and stepped oval foot. A fine piece in the classic pattern. Fully marked including maker's stamp, pattern name, no. A2788, date symbol, and volume (3 3/8 pints). Very good condition.

A superb and very heavy quality silver plated fruit bowl with high relief designs and scrolling c1890, made by E.G. Webster & Son of Brooklyn, New York. This bowl measures 12-3/4 x 10" and it weighs an impressive 1 lb. 14-1/2 ounces. It has the crown, lion and Prince of Wales feathers marks and a 154 pattern. This mark is sometimes erroneously ascribed to the sterling silver wares of Webster (Rainwater) but it is plated...

1840's English flow blue 9.5" plate, Scinde pattern Marked "Oriental Stone", it was made by J. & G Alcock.

These porcelain plates were produced in Denmark by Bing & Grondahl in 1915. They have a diameter of 9 1/2 inches. The plates are being sold individually. You may choose any plate that you like. They are made of fine, high quality porcelain that is quite substantial. They are hand painted with lovely flowers. There are two with roses on them, a daisy and dogwood. The cobalt blue ground color shades from lighter to deeper hues...

Our Victorian long guard watch chain is composed of an unusual and attractive love knot link. Such chains were called "long guards", and shortened to "guard chains". Watch guard link chains were generally light in weight and always over 50 inches in length. They were designed to hold watches with a dog clips and were originally worn with the chain tucked into a woman's belt with the watch attached to the chain...

A most gorgeous porcelain bowl hand painted with green and pink fancy decorations around the rim of the bowl with a central vignette of two birds fluttering in a magnolia tree. The rim is edged with a mustard enamel. The condition is very good with some enamel loss in the bowl though not easily recognizable. The backside is marked Minton with a British registry mark dating to 1860. Structural condition is superb. Dimension: 9 1/2" d
