This glass jug was produced in Bohemia by Josephinenhutte around 1895.  It was probably decorated by Fritz Heckert.  The jug measures 8 1/2 inches tall.  The stretch type glass is hand blown with an applied handle.  It is hand decorated with raised enamels in Middle Eastern style.  It is a handsome example of Bohemian art glass. Condition:  The ring of gilding around the foot shows some wear.  It is otherwise in excellent condition. 

Elegant pair of Chinese export porcelain soup plates decorated with a floral scene in the famille rose palette. Pheasants, beetles and butterflies are scattered among the pink peonies, orange pomegranates and blue-green bamboo stalks. The rim is decorated with a striking band of blue and gold strapwork in the Persian taste. The contrast of the restrained formal border pattern against the exuberant naturalistic design of the bowl is striking.

Circa 1830-40, English flow blue octagonal ironstone serving platter. The deep dark blue and the flow is as good as it gets. Made by P W and Co.. in Manilla pattern, it measures 16" x 12". Appears never to have been used, excellent condition.

This an exquisitively carved Baroque Crucifix, probably made in Spain in the Early 18th Century in the manner of The Christ of Clemency (Cristo de la Clemencia) of the Seville Cathedral, Spain. The Christ's body displays, in a lifelike manner, the ribcage pressed against his stretched skin, and carefully rendered arms and leg muscles, with visible veins, to highlight his humanity...

We love these late Victorian 2 color gold coral earrings and the contrast between the yellow gold and rose gold of the three leaf arrangement. Each leaf is topped with a single coral rose. The leaf form is espaliered to a 15K textured gold "frame". The earrings are 1.5 inches long and hang from shepherd's hooks. Please be sure and ask us about the matching brooch to these earrings.

A beautiful handmade tablecloth and napkins set of Italian needle lace of Pointe de Venice type, with the characteristic scrolling floral patterns with additional floral motifs worked in relief (embroidered).

The condition is excellent, with no tears or other flaws of anything but minor note. The tablecloth is 106" by 70" and the 12 napkins are 21" by 21".

This is a small and charming child's gameboard, measuring 13 3/4" long by 10 3/4" wide by 3/4" thick. It was found in Vermont, and most likely originated there. It is made of maple, with bread-boarded ends, affixed with square nails. The dry paint surface, with its red and black checkerboard, outlined with green stripes, is in superb condition, with no overpainting or areas of loss. The wood itself is in excellent shape, with 2 minor age cracks, and a knothole in the back which fell out...

A very good late 19th - early 20th century Tibetan ewer, crafted of thin, hand-worked sheets of what is probably some type of brass/bronze amalgam that has acquired a rich chocolate patina over time, with deep repousse and chasing techniques forming the decorative bands along the shoulder, neck, and lid of vessel, a well-formed makara shaped spout and handle, all atop a splayed footed base. Overall a very nice example with legitimate age, good presence, and very decorative...

An Arts and Crafts sterling silver English miniature tyg, fully hallmarked for London 1905-6. This antique 1-1/2" tall three handle cup weighs 31.0 grams, and it has the maker's mark for the Goldsmith and Silversmith Co. This item is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. An American Brilliant Period (1876-1916) Cut Crystal and Sterling Rim Center Bowl. the Bowl is Hallmarked by The Stone Sterling Silver Company, New York (1896-1903). Dimensions; 10.25" diameter x 5" high. Very minor dings in the silver rim (barely noticeable) but other wise in excellent condition. No problems in the glass.

Strong EA Bliss elements and design yet unsigned. This reminds one of this maker's work. Richly ornate. What wonderful pieces these sash ornament buckle pin brooches can be!

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Berlin, Germany by the Royal Porcelain Manufacturer, known as KPM, in the 1890s. It has the under glaze blue scepter and over glaze red orb with the letters KPM. The saucer has a diameter of 5 inches and is 1 1/8 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/8 inches high with a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. The hard paste porcelain is of the finest quality ever produced. The ground color is deep cobalt blue...

An exceptional and uncommon William Reid porcelain coffee cup, with an oriental figure beside a table, flanked by a dragonfly and birds flying over a leafless tree, the whole painted in bright colors. The handle is of the angular loop type.

The condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, fading, paint loss, or restoration. Height is 2 3/8" with a diameter of 2 1/8".

These 6 porcelain tea cups and saucers were produced in Germany by Meissen around 1890. The saucers are 5 ¼” in diameter and ¾” deep. The cups are 1 ¾” high and 3 ¼” In diameter. The porcelain is molded in high relief. Intricate gilding highlights the raised designs. There are reserves with hand painted flowers of vivid colors and fine detail. Tiny insects can be found among the flowers. The handle and rims are trimmed with gold...

A rarely seen Dorflinger Kalana Poppy cordial measuring only 3 ½ inches tall. The cordial has vertical ribbing and is perfect.

Acid-etched fluid and symmetrical leafing scrollwork pattern with copper traces; foot has scroll and flower repousse border.
