A Fine Georgian English Silver Claret Jug or Wine Ewer, with a Grape Vine and Leaf Pattern on the Body and a Twig Handle. The Hallmark is London, 1788. The Maker Mark is not clear, but it is probably George Gray. It weighs 20.9 Troy ounces and the dimensions are 12" high and 6.5" spout to handle and 4" at the base. In very good condition.

Has a Figural Pierced Frame, Chased with Cherubs and Child Satyrs and Scrollwork. Dimensions; 20.5" high x 16" across. Some wear on the back, but in very good condition overall.

Elegant five stone sapphire and diamond band ring shown with one of our gold Mitzvah bands. With its slender profile, this makes a wonderful ring stack. Formerly owned by Ingrid Bergman and Alan Freed, this is a large and exceptional fine American tinsel or foil painting featuring a full wreath encircling an urn of flowers on a green base. Although the use of a wreath in a tinsel painting is not at all uncommon, this particular format is extremely rare, if not unique. The flowers are so densely packed as to make the execution of the painting quite difficult...

This is a superbly rendered watercolor on paper attributed to Henry Walton. The name of the sitter, John Andrew Jenny, is written in pencil at the top of the painting, in penmanship not unlike Walton's.

Mr. Jenny is a nice-looking young man wearing a black coat, with highlights in gum arabic. The style of the coat and the cravat place this portrait in the 1841-1844 time period...

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Chelsea between 1756 and 1769. It has a gold anchor painted over the glaze. There are many copies of the gold anchor mark used through the decades but we guarantee that this cup and saucer is authentic. The saucer has a diameter of 4 5/8 inches and the cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The ground color is burgundy. Reserves of hand painted flowers decorate both pieces. An extremely rare matching pair of large pewter wine jugs, Germany, Marburg, dated 1740.

Fantastic execution and made for a very wealthy client in c. 1740, which is engraved on the lid beneath the name of the commisioneer - JOHANNES HAAS. The jugs are stamped with a Marburg 'Feinzinnmarke' - a pewter touch mark from the city in Germany. The master given is Johann H Werlin, a meister working out of Marburg.

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Berlin, Germany by the Royal Porcelain Manufacturer, known as KPM, in the 1890s. It has the under glaze blue scepter and over glaze red orb with the letters KPM. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/8 inches and is 1 1/4 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/8 inches high with a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. The hard paste porcelain is one of the finest quality ever produced.
