A very good Classic Period glass paperweight with a pinchbeck design. The scene depicts the "Descent from the Cross" and shows two centurions, Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus taking the body from the cross while Mary weeps at Jesus' feet. The pinchbeck insert is finished in a silver tone rather than the more common gold. The crystal dome is of very good quality, with excellent clarity and good optical magnification to highlight the detail of the scene...

Pretty Art Nouveau sterling silver picture frame. Made by Meriden Britannia (part of International) in Connecticut, ca 1900. Rectangular window in flat surround with irregular interior rim. On front acid-etched wraparound scrolling leafing branch threaded-through corner circles; sides plain. With glass, silk lining, and velvet back and hinged easel support. A very rare antique 17th century European Baroque, German Nuremberg repousse brass Jug The bulbous slightly waisted body with short spout rising from a short-splayed foot to a hinged domed lid with bud finial.

Decorated with repoussé and punched ornament of flower heads and scrolling tendrils, the front adorned with a green man mask, and applied at the rear with serpentine handle.

This porcelain dish was produced in Germany by the Helena Wolfsohn Dresden studio in the 1890s. The dish measures 10 3/4 inches long, 7 1/2 inches wide and 2 inches deep. The dish is formed in the shape of a fan. The center of the dish is hand painted with a Watteau scene of lovers dressed in 18th century costume. They are enjoying the pleasures of the garden. The painting is very detailed and colorful. The border has a similarity to designs done at the Sevres factory in France...

Exceptional copper vase with bronze coiled QILONG Dragon and stylized base. 18-19th Century China. These 6 porcelain demitasse cups and saucer were produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory in 1918. The saucers have a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cups are 1 5/8 inches high. The clean lines of the cup and saucer accentuate the fine quality porcelain. Each one is individually hand painted with vividly colored flowers. There is gold trim on the rims and handles. You would be proud to own and use such an elegant set. Condition: Excellent

English, most likely Bilston, eighteenth century. The elongated oval shape, all over floral decoration, and the unusual brown painted panels are not infrequent characteristics of Bilston’s “gingham finish” enamel boxes, hence the Bilston attribution.

Fine cracks to enamel, and small losses on both sides and back.

A large size sterling silver trophy goblet - Hoddesdon Xmas Market, Sheffield, 1905, by Harry Atkins. Size: 9 inches ht. Weight: 9,3 Troy ounces. Engraved inscription: "Hoddesdon Xmas Market 1905 Open Challenge for the best Bullock or Heifer, the Property of a Tenant Farmer.

Early all hand sewn with tiny stitches black doll. The embroidered face is outstanding with the raised eyes, the pupils on a bed of white layered thread and her mouth is also done that same technique. For hair she has cotton floss thread sewn to her head and it is most effective. She has attached arms and legs so she sits easily. Her body is stuffed firmly with cotton. Over all she is in very good condition with only slight discoloration from age and use...

An impressive early Pewter Stein, Germany, dated 1798 on the lid, but probably made much earlier in the 18th. century.

Profusely decorated over the entire surface with frases / sayings and images of Crowned Guild symbolics, a heart and a crowned cross etc. The lid also engraved with a owners name - MARGRETA JURGSEN 1794.

With German Pewter touchmarks, perhaps dating it 1733 (?).

Such high quality tankard from this period is very rare!

Offered is this beautiful, Bohemian cameo glass vase, made by Wilhelm Kralik, around 1920. The vase depicts a wrap-around water scenery. The vase is 10 inches (25 cm) tall and is in excellent condition (no chips, cracks or repairs - a few bubbles, typical of blown glass objects, see 9th picture). Polished pontil. Unsigned, but guaranteed to have been made by Kralik (similar Kralik cameo glass vases are at Passau Museum - see last two pictures for your convenience).

Early cloth rag doll with drawn pencil face and mitten hands. She is firmly packed with cotton. She is wearing a very worn but nice blue plaid dress with velvet trim, pantaloons and black socks. She is the epitome of the rag doll that every little girl had, sort of the poor girls American Girl. She has seen lots of play and wear and tear but is still hanging in there...

English, Bilston, 18th century, patch box. These memento boxes were popular at the end of the eighteenth century and frequently given as tokens of friendship and love. A beautiful example of the Coalport factory "Rock and Tree" pattern, done in the Imari palette, derived from the Japanese. This pattern was highly favored by George, the Prince of Wales and the Prince Regent, and was used and still displayed at the Royal Pavilion in Brighton.

The dish, or soup bowl, is in superb condition, with no flaws and with factory-fresh looking painting and gilding. The diameter is 9 1/2".

A very good fruit bouquet paperweight by the New England Glass Company. Four pears alternate with cherries and foliage around a central pear. The lampwork fruit is particularly nice in this weight. The bouquet is presented against a spiraling double latticinio basket. The dome is high and offers nice magnification. The crystal is a bit sugary, as is typical of many NEGC weights. The concave base has a wide basal ring.
