A blue and white English tea bowl, c 1750, probably by Bow. Painted in blurred blue with a version of the Rock Warbler pattern, and with slightly flaring upper rim. Diameter "3/ 7,5 cm, height "1½/ 4 cm. Condition: two small rim chips, as seen in photo.

This porcelain 8 piece set of tea for two was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1870s. This is a first quality set. The tray is 17 inches long and 12 inches wide. The pot is 8 inches high. The set is painted with a striking pattern inspired by the Japanese, known as Imari. The colors are vivid and the decoration is bold. There is cobalt blue and iron red accented by shiny gilding...

German Nymphenburg Royal Porcelain Cake Stand or compote, pure white clean porcelain with beautifully low relief laid out design and open work on the wide molded fluted rim, 3 3/4" high, 8 1/4" diameter-top, 4"-5" wide-bottom, with reticulated Rococo style between Pine Cone, supported by four(4) shaped feet and molded raised design stem. Underglaze blue mark on the bottom. The condition is good, no damage.

This porcelain breakfast cup and biscuit tray was produced in France in the mid 19th century. It has an impressed and printed mark with location in Paris. The tray measures 9 1/2 inches long and 5 3/4 inches wide. The cup has a diameter of 4 5/8 inches and is 2 1/4 inches high. Rich Green majolica plate by Wardle of England with leaf and grape pattern. Note the intentional crackling of the glaze in the large leaf. In excellent antique condition with some expected wear to the higher parts of the design and the edges. There is an old chip on the back (see last photo). The glaze is good throughout, any weird variations you might think you see are cause by my lighting. Plate measures 9 inches across. Dates 1880.

A hard to find purple transferware pitcher with central vignettes of farm life and genre scenes. The top and inside of pitcher have foliate decoration. The single piece handle is attached. Condition is very good with minor crazing and possible exterior crack for which we have shown 2 pictures. Very moderate age discoloration most noticeably on handle.

An English creamware plate with a molded edge that was exported Holland and decorated there with over glaze enamels. The plate almost certainly depicts the son of William V, Prince of Orange. The sone would become William I of the Netherlands. Born in 1772, he would be the, “Jong Prins” as inscribed in black on the plate. Interestingly the face has been left unfinished. The boy faces an orange tree with fruit on it and a couple of them on the ground...

This porcelain vase was produced in Germany by the KPM Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer in 1901 according to the date letter impressed on the foot. It is marked with the under glaze blue scepter and red orb. The vase is 6 3/4 inches tall with a diameter of 3 1/4 inches at the widest point. The ground color is dark, nearly black, with mottled patches of teal blue or turquoise breaking through. A gilded mesh net overlays raised enamel blossoms. The foliage is painted with raised gold...

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in France by a Paris decorator around 1870 or earlier. The saucer has a diameter of 5 ½ inches and the cup is 1 ¾ inches high. The ground color of this set is deep cobalt blue. The cup has a reserve on the front with a Watteau scene of lovers in a garden. There are two scenes of landscapes on the saucer. Ornate gilded cartouches frame these scenes. It is very similar to work done at the Sevres factory and even the handle is the same style...

An extraordinary blue and white Chinese export porcelain beaker-form jardinière raised on feet. The quality of the painted decoration makes this one of the finest examples of 19th century Canton we’ve seen. The entire pot is heavily decorated in a naturalistic array of peonies, cherry blossoms and chrysanthemums.
