A pair of octagonal dessert plates by Copeland, the edges dented and gilt. Japanised, “Aesthetic” decoration of brambles or blackberries, transfer printed and hand painted with some gilt over part of the withered leaves and berries. Diameter "9/ 22.8 cm. The back with the impressed curved mark used by Copeland from 1860 to 1880, and N80, probably for November 1880. Condition: fine.

A lovely French Limoges porcelain 6 well oyster plate with a delicate floral pattern and gold gilt edges. Made by Lazeyras, Rosenfeld and Lehman, circa 1900. Excellent condition, measures 9" diameter.

Made by the Haviland & Co in Limoges, France, this five well oyster plate dates 1887. In excellent condition, it measures 7.75" diameter.

Sèvres coffee can and saucer with flower decoration and gilt dented /”wolf tooth” rims, c 1780. The can with the interlaced Ls and date mark, possibly BB for 1779). Saucer of the same age, unmarked. The measures of these so-called gobelets litrons were regulated by the French government in the 1750s. This is a gobelet litron of the third size, "2 ½/ 5.8 cm high, Diameter of saucer "4 ½ / 11.5 cm...

English Transferware Pink deep Plate, Ca. 1850, 8 1/4" diameter, 1" high, marked "Woodland" in the double oveal shape circle, mpressed mark beside, rest of the markings are unable to identify, three(3) cows in front of tall trees with Grape Vine Rim design, it is a beautiful pleasant scenerey. Crazing on the glaze, the condition is good.

English dark Brown Transferware Plate, Scalloped Rim, Ca.1900, 8" diameter, marked "British Lake, Stone China, Buttermere" with "Crown" mark on the bottom, two(2) cows and two(2) men and tall mountain in the background, very pleasant design in the center and Flowers and Foliage decorated Rim, the condition is good.

Englisn Staffordshire Transferware Pottery Plate, Ca. 1850, 9 3/8" diameter, deers and cow resting under the big tree, and Cathedral in the far background, marked "Park Scenery, Phillips, Longport", glaze crackled, some mild stains on the back top area, no damages.

A VERY RARE Pair of VINCENNES-SÈVRES, 18th-19th Polychrome Porcelain Plates, decorated with Motifs of the HERCULANEUM Service, including "CENTAUR CAPTURED BY BACCHANTE" and "CENTAUR CARRYING MALE, LYRE & CYMBALS". Marked as shown in photographs. Excellent Condition. Very minor inconsequential signs of use due to the considerable age. Size: 9 5/8" diameter (25 cm.) Price is for both (2) Plates.

An oval English porcelain sugar bowl with the lid and body decorated with blue and magenta bell flowers growing out of gilt plants. The flowers circle both the lid and the body, which has molded ring handles (not working) at the end of the long sides. The knop on the lid is elaborately gilt. Unmarked, but certainly English and from the first quarter of the 19th century. 6 inches tall by 6 inches long by 5 inches wide.

Condition: no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs...

4 Clingnancourt hard paste porcelain dinner plates with shaped edge, an elaborate gilt rim, a continuous band of hand painted roses and leaves and in the well of the plate rose sprigs. All with the Clignancourt stencil mark in red on the underside. 9 ¾ inches (25 cm) diameter.

Condition: no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Minor wear

A porcelain plate decorated with floral sprigs and bouquets with a shaped rim decorated with gilt dentil edge marked on the underside with a “B” in underglaze blue. 9 inch (23 cm) diameter. This short lived porcelain factory, roughly 1776-1781, had the Duc d’Orleans (cousin of the King Louis XVI) as its patron.

Condition: no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Some wear to the gilding and a little stacking wear.

A blue and white parian pitcher with raised oak leaves and acorns and a “branch” handle and spout. The oak portions in white against a textured blue painted ground. Marked on the underside with the U.S. Pottery Company ribbon mark with “No. 16.” and the number 12. This mark used in the 1850’s. 8 5/8 inches tall and 6 ¾ inches across handle and spout.

Condition: no chips or repairs, but a crack in the base of the handle.

Four hand painted blue and white Dutch delft tiles joined with grout on a soft board in the manner in which they would have appeared on a wall. Roughly 10 ¼ x 10 ½ inches (26 x 27 cm). Minor damage at the edges.

Very large and impressive brown-glazed Bartmannskrug or Bellarmine Jug, Raeren, Germany c. Late 17th.- early 18th century AD.

The jug with lovely warm brown glaze and a detailed bartmann on the neck and a small ring handle.

Condition: Extremely fine, completely intact!
