I have the most wonderful little porcelain garden of place card holders I have ever seen. All the flowers are spring-summer blooms of different varieties. They were made by Carl Thieme, Potschappel Dresden c. 1900. They measure approximately 2 1/4 inches long and 2 inches high, although they may vary slightly from flower to flower. They are all hand made in the fashion of Meissen. All are perfect. They were lovingly stored in a partitioned box with cotton for decades...

German Nymphenburg Royal Porcelain Cake Stand or compote, pure white clean porcelain with beautifully low relief laid out design and open work on the wide molded fluted rim, 3 3/4" high, 8 1/4" diameter-top, 4"-5" wide-bottom, with reticulated Rococo style between Pine Cone, supported by four(4) shaped feet and molded raised design stem. Underglaze blue mark on the bottom. The condition is good, no damage.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer, or KPM, in the 1890s. The saucer measures 4 ¼ inches and the cup is 1 ½ inches high. The set is made of fine hard paste porcelain. Both pieces are hand painted with delicate flowers in bright colors. Little sprigs of flowers are scattered about. Lacy gilding trims the borders. This porcelain cup and saucer was produced in Italy by Caopdimonte between 1740 and 1745. It bears a rare “Fleur de Lis” mark under glaze. The saucer is 5 1/4 inches in diameter and is 1 inch deep. The cup is 2 3/4 inches high with a diameter of 2 3/8 inches. The porcelain is highly translucent with egg shell quality. It has a parchment hue and has imperfections in the glaze. The cup shape and handle are very similar to Meissen cups of that time...

This pair of porcelain oyster plates was produced in France by Bawo & Dotter Limoges, sometimes called Elite Limoges, around 1900. They measure 8 1/2 inches in diameter. They have space for 5 shells and have a central salt dip. They are factory decorated with a transfer design. A ring of delicate pink roses encircle the border. The gracefully scrolled rim is accented with brushed gold. They are perfect for use or display. Condition: Excellent

A wonderful and special Worcester Barr Flight Barr campana vase with snake handles, beautifully painted with a scene marked on the base as "Ruins of Bayham Abbey Church." The reverse of the scene with a salmon ground and having detailed urn and foliage gilding. The rim of the body proper and the top of the supporting column with faux pearls. The bottom also inscribed with "Barr Flight & Barr Worcester Manufac' to Their Majesties."

The porcelain plate is marked in underglaze blue with the crossed torches of Locre which was known to have exported undecorated porcelain to England. Once in England, very often London, it was decorated with overglaze enamels and gilding. The Locre factory closed in 1820. The decoration is reminiscent of 18th century Worcester. Though it may have been part of a set of plates it may also have been painted to replace a broken plate in an 18th century set. 8 1/8 inches (20.5 cm) diameter.

A superb and graceful example of First Period Dr. Wall Worcester porcelain. The patterns on it are "La Peche" and "La Promenade Chinoise," both of which were done by Robert Hancock. Although Caughley did a very similar variation, this piece was definitely made by Worcester.

A beautiful example of the Coalport factory "Rock and Tree" pattern, done in the Imari palette, derived from the Japanese. This pattern was highly favored by George, the Prince of Wales and the Prince Regent, and was used and still displayed at the Royal Pavilion in Brighton.
