A fine and early English saucer showing a Chinese man with a bird. Done in blue and white, lot 303 of the Bonham's sale of the famous and important Watney collection showed this same pattern and identified it as being William Reid porcelain.

The saucer is in excellent condition and is 4 7/8" in diameter.

NOTE: William Reid & Co. were porcelain makers in Liverpool between 1756-61. Their factory was situated on Brownlow Hill where a bone-ash porcelain was produced.

This pair of porcelain baskets was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the 1890s. They measure 10 inches long, 8 inches wide and 3 inches deep. They are made of fine, white, hard paste porcelain that is pierced or reticulated. The rims have molded pearl beading. A delicately potted and painted Vauxhall porcelain tea bowl with an outcurving lip, and depicting rockwork, trees, and an oriental pavilion. The interior with 3 dots and the bottom with a label from the Marie Evans collection.

The diameter is 2 7/8" and the height is 1 5/8". Condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, restoration, or paint loss. Please note that any dark lines in the photos are shadows from the display stand.

These 6 porcelain demitasse cups and saucers were produced in Germany at the Royal Porcelain Manufacturer, Berlin in the early 20th century. The saucers are 3 3/4 inches in diameter and the cups are 1 3/4 inches high. They are can shaped with deep saucers. There is raised gold trim on all of the pieces. This set of 8 porcelain plates was produced in Czechoslovakia, known as Bohemia, by Pirkenhammer in 1916. The plates have a diameter of 9 inches. This porcelain charger or plate was produced in Saxony around 1900. It has a manufacturer’s mark we are not familiar with. The plate measures 10 3/4 inches. The border is hand painted with alternating blue and cream colored squares. The cream colored squares contain hand painted baskets of flowers, framed in raised gold and topped off with a gold heart. A fine example of an English porcelain coffee can, made by the Richard Chaffers & Co. manufactory in Liverpool. As to be expected, and as it should be, the soapstone based body resembles that of Worcester.

This particular piece is decorated with a variation of the "Scarlet Japan" pattern, and shows bright colors and careful painting. The condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, restoration, or other problems. The height is 2 1/4" and the diameter is 2 1/8".

Historical dark Blue Staffordshire Teapot, circa 1830, of Lafayette at Franklin's Tomb. Made in honor of Lafayette's 1824 visit to the United States, this teapot was produced by Enoch Wood & Sons (1818 - 1846) of Staffordshire. In excellent antique condition, there is only one fairly small chip on the inside of the teapot, no hairlines, no repairs. The teapot is 11 inches wide from spout to handle by 7 .5" tall.

Pair English Spode Stoneware Imari pattern covered Tureens, 5 1/2" high include top knob, 10" diameter, Imari design are on the top of the cover and as well as inside the tureen. Impressed mark "Spodes New-Stone", with red mark "3248" on the bottom and under the cover. The condition is very good, no damages.

A magnificent, rare and large William Moorcroft period flambé red glaze vase and cover with the color being rich and vibrant. The base of the vase carries the full W. Moorcroft painted signature and is dated 1939. CONDITION: I have discovered that the vase has several cracks visible in the interior so the vase was broken and restored.
