This wonderfully decorative Victorian 10-1/2" dinner plate is in the Imari palette with a cobalt and gold border and a central floral panel with Oriental cameos around the edge. A beautiful and elegant Derby covered chocolate cup and saucer. Decorated in cobalt blue, gilding, and heavily painted white dots to simulate pearls. Both the cup and saucer are marked with the puce crown and batons, which indicates a very desirable Derby period. Also, both are marked with an puce "8", indicating that the gilder was William Longden, and a blue "5", showing that the painter was Juno.

A superb and extremely large Chaffers Liverpool porcelain tankard with a slightly spreading base. Beautifully painted with a large bouquet of flowers on the side opposite the strapped handle, with 4 sprigs of different flowers placed, at a distance, at each of the four corners of the central painting, near where the handle joins the body of the piece.

The tankard is 5 5/8" tall, with a top diameter of 3 5/8" and a bottom diameter of 3 3/4"...

A molded edge porcelain dessert serving dish, Spode circa 1814 with bat transferred fruit in the center. Pattern number 1686 hand painted on the bottom. Unmarked, but the distinctive border of twined dolphins alternating with a large plant (?) is a Spode design. The pattern of fruits is currently made by Spode and called “Chatham.” The border is set off with a band of gilding at the rim and the inside edge. The bat transfer is an unusual color, almost brown at some angles and gold at others...

This porcelain vase was produced in Germany by the Richard Klemm Dresden Studio around 1900. It is 8 7/8 inches tall and 3 inches across the handles. The ground color is iridescent aquamarine. The front of the vase has a reserve of young girl from the 19th century. The portrait is framed with shiny gold. The remainder of the vase has ornate raised gold swags, ribbons and trophy objects. Rare Child's Jackfield Pottery Teapot

3.5" tall 5" max width

A superb quality very large pottery figure of a male attendant or official, dating to the earlier Ming Dynasty, 1400-1500 AD.

The figure is placed on a high hexagonal plint and wears a fine two-colour blue and turquoise glazed robe. The unglazed areas have pigmented colors in red, black and white. Finely painted facial details.

The head is attachable as often seen on the largest figures from this period.

A fine and early Bow porcelain pickle dish with a serrated rim and short stalk, painted in shades of blue with bamboo and peonies issuing from rocks, all surrounded by a low fence. Workman's marks in blue on the underneath.

A Staffordshire plate stenciled, cut sponge decorated and hand painted with the three rabbits, the frog, the clouds and grasses stenciled in brown in the center of the plate within a blue line, surrounded by hand painted red flowers, green leaves and blue cut sponge flowers contained within a red line on the rim. The rabbits in the yellow painted grass are fairly natural. The green painted frog less so. 9 3/8 inches (24 cm) diameter.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Doulton in the late 19th century. The saucer is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The set is made of fine, white bone china. It has a quatrefoil shape. There are cobalt blue panels with raised gold decoration. Garlands of tiny red roses accent this decoration. This porcelain figural group was produced in Denmark in the late 19th century. It is 8 1/2 inches high and 6 1/2 inches wide. The fine hard paste porcelain is expertly modeled with great detail. A set of three pink luster English porcelain tea saucers. The steeply angled sides are decorated with underglaze pink luster decoration as well as green and iron red flowers. In the first part of the 19th century, hot tea was poured from the cup into the saucer to cool before being drunk directly from the saucer. The bottoms are marked with decorators’ numbers.

American stoneware 2 gallon ovoid jug by Cowden and Wilcox, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Circa 1865. Decorated with hand painted cobalt blue floral spray. Size: 14 in. ht.
