A pair of Qing Dynasty Chinese blue and white deep plates from the 1730-1795 era, or possibly earlier. This set of 12 porcelain luncheon plates was produced in England by Cauldon in the late 19th century. They were made especially for Tiffany in New York. The plates measure 8 3/4 inches in diameter and 3/4 of an inch deep. The rim of the plate is thicker and raised in order to accentuate the decoration. The Centers of the plates are slightly indented.
