Although Adderley is often credited by sellers as the maker of all Blue Chelsea series of table wares, the truth is that it was produced by many makers. This coffee pot is unmarked but clearly a fine Staffordshire example.

A Davenport 2614 Old Imari 2451 style pattern cup and saucer from 1870-1887. This wonderful fully hand painted English bone china 2-5/8" tall cup and matching 5-5/8" saucer has lush gold, cobalt and orange decoration. The pattern was later copied by Royal Crown Derby as "Old Imari" or "Traditional Imari" (in production from 1902-2014)...

This porcelain service was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer in 1918. They are marked with the red orb, blue scepter and iron cross markings. The pattern is known as Neuzierat. There are a total of 43 pieces. The set consists of an oval serving tray, coffee pot with lid, tea pot with lid, sugar bowl with lid, cream pitcher, and 12 sets of cups, saucers and dessert plates. All pieces are hand painted with sprays of vibrantly colored garden variety flowers...

Lozenge shaped porcelain serving dish from an English dessert service, decorated with an ornate gilded scroll border and with a central hand-painted reserve of summer flowers. Unmarked. Circa 1815-1820. Size: 11" x 7.5" Condition is excellent; no chips or lines; hardly any wear to the gilding or flower painting. Possibly Spode or Coalport. Teacups – six plus one - and saucers from Staffordshire with moulded borders, made of porcelain around 1825 and possibly by H & R Daniels. The pattern is numbered 766 and consists of little blue flowers or leaves growing from meandering sprouts in green, with minimal red shoots from them. Measures: height of cups "2/ 5.7 cm, diameter "4/ 10.5 cm and of saucers"6/ 15 cm. The seventh cup with a slightly different handle and no border moulding. Condition of all pieces: fine.

A common form of pitcher made by the Tucker factory in Philadelphia around 1830. It is unmarked as is often true for Tucker, but the form is theirs, the decoration typical of their floral work and the gilding similar to other Tuccker pitchers. 9 3/8 inches (24 cm) tall.

Condition; Terrible, dropped, broken, not particularly well re-glued and having a few cracks associated with the breaks. Firing flaw across the handle with an associated crack. Gilding wear on the handle...

A Dutch Delft hand painted wall tile depicting a rabbit pushing off on its hind legs in motion to the left with its ears and tail high. The animal is surrounded by a circle of a wavy line with dots in the wave troughs. Flowers fill the corners. It is 5 1/8 inches (13 cm) square about ½ inch (1.2 cm) tall. The red clay sides are beveled so that the back is slightly smaller than the front...

Stylized ceramic elephant by Professor Max Laeuger with his stamped and incised hallmarks, depicting a charming elephant in white glaze with blue and green details over a crackle glaze, very much in the style of Jugendstil and Secessionist works of art. Measures 5 1/4" in width, 5" high, and 4" deep. German and Austrian ceramic artisans of the era were known for their sometimes simple, bright, and whimsical forms, in contrast to earlier design elements that were opulent and florid...

A silver form porcelain teapot with the vented knop on the lid and the pattern number, “N 195” in red enamel on the base. This pattern is known as the “knitting wool” pattern. 5 ¾ (14.6 cm) inches tall, 9 3/8 inches (23.8 cm) across the handle and spout.

Condition: excellent. A tiny rough spot on the lip of the spout might be a tiny glaze chip or it could be a very small firing loss.

I think this form is one of the most pleasing for late 18th century teapots.

Gustafsberg, Swedish design flint ware jugend egg. Very nice composition, white egg and gild jugend flowers growing around it. 1895 in the material. Condition: Normal condition. The egg has wearings ens several small chips at the flowers and feet's. Measurement: Hight 21.5 cm = 8.5 in Width 18 cm = 7.1 in

This porcelain cup and saucer was produced in England by Copeland between 1851 and 1875. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 5/8 inches high. The set is made of fine, white bone china. It is decorated with a vibrantly colored, elaborate Imari style pattern. It is completely hand painted and gilded. It has rust red, cobalt blue, green and purple in the design. The entire space on both pieces is covered with fancy gilding or decoration...

18 English Mintons Porcelain Bread & Butter Plates, 6 1/4" diameter, 7/8" high, Brilliant etched raised gold rim on wider Cobalt Blue border. "Mintons Est. 1793 England" in purple, "g6262" in red on the bottom include impressed mark, and the condition of gold is in excellent condition.

A Blue Staffordshire Pitcher with Acanthus Scrolled Loop Handle and Oriental Design. Dimensions; 9" high x 5.5" wide, to handle. Circa 1880-1890 and in excellent condition.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in France by Demartine Limoges around 1891. It was made especially for Tiffany of New York...

19th C Meissen "Love Crowned" porcelain hand painted figurine of Cupid placing a flower crown over a pair of hearts. In excellent condition save for one small chip on base bottom corner. It is marked with cross swords in underglaze on the base. Measures about 5.5"s high, 2.75" wide, 2.25" deep. Circa 1880. We also have "Love Captive", see last photo.

SOLD An underglaze blue transfer printed porcelain mug in the “Fisherman” pattern with a loop handle circa 1790. Marked on the bottom with a transfer printed “S.” 3 ¼ inches tall, 3 ¾ inches across the handle.

Condition: no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Good clear printing of the pattern in an even blue.

Nice example of a popular pattern that Caughley used on numerous different pieces of porcelain.

A Pair of Porcelain Royal Worcester Candlesticks from the Aesthetic Movement, circa 1870. Each is separately enameled with Japanese fan, bird and obi (kimono sashes) motives. Dimensions; 8" high on a 4.5" circular base. Excellent condition.

A porcelain dinner plate decorated with a gilt rim, a gilt rope with flowers on the lip and floral sprays in the well. Marked in overglaze red enamel on the back “B/Potter/1” The mark is probably from around 1794 for the short lived partnership of Potter and Blancheron.
