This crystal dresser jar was produced in Belgium in the early 20th century. It is not signed but we believe it was made by Val St. Lambert. We have seen this pattern before. The jar measures 3 3/8 inches in diameter and 2 1/8 inches high. The crystal is hand blown and cut with panels and star bursts.
