A fine pair of American brilliant cut glass candlesticks signed “Libbey.” The stems and candle sockets are cut in Libbey’s “Plain Flute” pattern. The foot is decorated in an unequal radiant star pattern. The stems are spectacular! Each has not one, but four air bubbles that are twisted about each other in a spiral pattern extending the full length of the stem...

A deep cobalt blue salt or sweetmeat, probably of German origin. The bowl has a silvered everted rim with silver leaf decoration and is above an inverted baluster stem. Rough pontil. No condition problems, and with a maximum diameter of 4" and a height of 3 1/2".

Circa 1830. Set of 6 English cut crystal wine glasses. All six are in excellent condition. (There is a 7th glass that goes with the set that you can have. It has 3 fairly minor abrasions on the foot rim and we can send a photo). Each wine glass measures:
4.25 inches high
2.25" rim diameter
2.75" base diameter.

A wine rinser, or washer, in a deep Bristol green color; unusual in that it is the single-lipped form as opposed to the normal type with two lips; 3 1/2" tall, 4 1/2" diameter

A pair of boat shaped salts in transparent blue glass with thin facet polished edges to sides and backs. Empire style, 1810-20, probably Scandinavian. Width: 3 ¼”/8 cm. Condition: fine

Early flint glass water goblet on round foot with thin stem rising to cylindrical bowl wheel etched with flowers and leaves. Excellent condition.

The goblet belonged to the collection of Lenna Gertrude Clarke Judd (1865 - 1939) who moved from New York City in 1903 to Dalton, Georgia where she became a well respected philanthropist through out the sate. We have the complete provenance from Mrs Judd down to the present.

This crystal wine glass was produced in Europe in the late 19th century. It is unsigned and the maker is not known. It is made of hand blown crystal with a hand cut stem. The color is greenish amber. The glass is decorated with ornate gilding. Condition: Excellent

The stem is of the double series air twist type, quite uncommon because of the configuration of a pair of mercury corkscrews outside of a central cable. Conical foot with a rough snapped pontil. A classic Sandwich glass hyacinth vase in a rich teal shade. The vase is entirely hand blown and shows the traces of hand marvering. The deeply concave base has a rough pontil and a basal ring showing the expected wear. Hyacinth vases, sometimes called tuplip vases or bulb vases, were used to force flowering bulbs for wintertime blooms indoors. They were quite the rage and some Victorian homes had numbers of vases arrayed on windowsills. Pieces by Sandwich are uncommon...

A superb and rare lead metal antique English Georgian period composite stem wine glass. The round funnel bowl is beautifully engraved with a wide band with a foliate and scroll motif. Directly below the bowl are two knops on a plain stem section, below which is a knopped double series opaque twist stem comprised of a central gauze surrounded by two heavy spiral threads...

A pair of pressed glass beakers, Victorian, mid19th century. Blue, tending towards turquoise and very finely modeled, the bases with foliate rims. Height "3 ½ / 9 cm. Condition: fine.

These 6 crystal cups and saucers were produced in Bohemia by Theresienthal around 1900. The saucers measure 5 inches long and 4 ½ inches wide. The cups are 2 inches high with a diameter of 2 ½ inches. They are made of hand blown glass with leaded content. They ring when tapped. The saucers are leaf shaped in clear green glass with gold veins painted on them. The cups are opaline glass, hand blown in the shape of a tulip with hand enameling for color...

Offered is this beautifully enameled Bohemian glass vase. The vase is decorated with gold-gilt floral motif. The highlight of the vase is the ornately hand-painted floral medallion that was applied to the glass-body. The vase is a little over 10 inches (25 cm) tall. Except for some roughness in a couple of spots on the base-rim (see second-last picture), it is in very good condition (there is the expected, age-appropriate wear to the gold gilt)...

An antique 19th century, a fine example of a French hand-blown and cut amethyst glass vase, attributed to the prestigious Baccarat manufacture.

Hand painted with flowers and delicate tendrils on a matt finish by Mount Washington, this lovely mushroom shaped holder was designed to be used as a sugar shaker or flower holder (Ref: "Mount Washington Art Glass" by Betty B. A very fine antique Baccarat glass paperweight featuring a Type III pansy and bud. A pair of dark purple petals and three amber petals with purple stripes and spots surround a central bull's-eye cane. The design is completed with bright, finely formed leaves and a bud.
