An amber colored vase with an etched and gilt “Oroplastic” frieze of Amazon warriors, the base facet cut. The Oroplastic decoration method was introduced by the Moser glass company around 1915. Offered is this pair of tall (11 3/4 inches or 29,5 cm in height) hand-painted portrait glass vases - the vases are unsigned, but were painted by Josef Ahne in all likelihood (refer to page 33 of Truitts' book on Bohemian glass for similar-shaped Ahne portrait vases). There is a small flake on the inner-rim of one vase (see picture).

A lovely Bohemian zwischengoldglass liqueur beaker, the bottom featuring an inset gilt and enameled design of bouquet of violets. The panel cutting along the beaker’s sides causes the design to be visually repeated when looking into the interior. These glasses have become increasingly difficult to find.

This glass powder jar was produced in Bohemia by Moser in the late 19th century. It is 4 inches in diameter and 3 inches high. The hand blown glass is colored light blue. It is hand enameled with a lacy floral pattern on the lid. There are gilded panels on the top edge and bottom with colored enamel decoration. They are mounted with a gilded metal hinged frame. A beautiful, hand enameled cup-and-saucer set, made by either Moser or Monot & Stumpf (of France). The under-plate is 4 3/8 inches (11 cm) wide, while, the cup is 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide and 1 3/4 inches (4,5 cm) tall. They are both in fine condition. There is slight fluorescence when they are subjected to long-wavelength UV light - so, they were probably made around 1900.

These 12 champagne tumblers were produced in Bohemia by Moser before 1890. They measure 3 ¾ inches high and have a diameter of 2 3/16 inches in diameter. The glass is hand blown with polished bottoms. They have a leaded content so that they ring. The base color of the glass is bright cranberry. Each glass is elaborately hand enameled with tiny flowers and buds you can feel. Straps of gold create cartouches containing flowers...

A blown moulded Art Nouveau green Loetz glass vase with 'Cherry Sprig' pewter mounts, probably designed by Frederich Adler, and made by Orion Pewter, Nuremberg, Germany circa 1905. A similar vase is illustrated in "20th Century Pewter" by Paul Carter Robinson (2012) ISBN 978 1 85149 6150. Condition: there are some very small surface nicks to the glass and slight bumps to the pewter; no cracks, losses or repairs. 10cm (4 inches) high; 11cm (4.3inches) across.

Beautiful handpainted biscuit jar, either Moser or Mt. Joye, decorated with a large iris on the front and smaller one on the back. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The handle and lid, although they look good, could use resilvering. It measures 7 1/2" tall to the top of the lid x 5" in diameter.

This is an intensely iridescent, glass shade, made by Loetz around 1903. As were typical of Loetz products, the shade is unsigned, but it is guaranteed to have been made by Loetz. This is an exceptionally rare Tiffany Studios oil lamp that was later converted to electricity. The bronze lamp parts are marked, 'Tiffany Studios' (see picture), while the two glass pieces are unmarked. Most likely, the following is the evolution of the lamp: It was initially an oil lamp. When electricity came into usage in the US towards the first part of the twentieth century, the owner of the lamp sent the lamp to Tiffany glassworks (called, 'Tiffany Corona' then) to have the lamp converted ...

Offered is this beautiful, iridescent art glass vase made by Loetz around 1898, in their 'Tree-trunk' decor ('Creta Rusticana'. The vase is 5 inches (12,5 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (10,8 cm) wide at the bottom. Except for a couple of minutest of flea-bites on the top rim, the vase is in very good condition. Though unsigned, most likely it was made by Loetz (refer to page 4 of David Littlefield's website for a Loetz 'Creta Rusticana' vase of similar shape and decor).

A cranberry Moser cup and saucer enameled with gold vines, multicolored grape leaves and applied bunches of grapes. The quatrefoil cup sits nicely in the matching saucer. The cup is 2 ½ inches tall and the saucer is 5 inches in diameter. Neither piece is marked and are in great condition other than wear to the gold highlights.

Antique second half of the 19th century Bohemian hand-blown clear cut-glass decanter and stopper made for the Middle Eastern, Persian and Ottoman market. Body of bulbous form with long neck applied with three faceted rings, cut with leaf-shaped panels of hobnail, leaves and diamonds, enamelled with blossom and scrolls and gold gilt, with spire stopper. Base with a ground down pontil mark.

This crystal goblet was produced in Bohemia by an unknown company. We believe it was made sometime in the early 20th century. The goblet is 9 3/4 inches high and the diameter is 3 1/2 inches. The decoration is beautifully hand enameled, depicting brightly colored parrots on both sides of the glass. There are also flowers and gilded leaves. CONDITION: There is a bit of wear to the gilded stems of the flowers.
