Fabulous homespun black wool blanket with the best bittersweet color stripes at both ends. It is very soft and in very good condition but not mint. It has a later hand sewn edge on one end that is coming loose in a couple of places and there are a few small thin areas. It is 68" by 60" and it makes quite a statement. It is not as early as the center seam blankets but it makes up for it in looks.

A fine antique baluster drinking glass of the type often referred to known as being "Kit-cat" glass. The form is a drawn trumpet bowl with a medial inverted baluster knop in the plain stem. The foot is folded with a rough, snapped pontil.

The height of the glass is 6 5/8", with a bowl diameter of 2 5/8" and a foot diameter of 2 7/8". The condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, haze, or restoration.

A beautiful 18th century glass sweetmeat with a dentated (cogwheel) rim (21 teeth) on a double ogee bowl above a multiple spiral opaque twist stem with a shoulder inverted baluster knop. The foot is radially rib molded with a rough, snapped pontil.

Unique and bold Raku influenced Kyogenhakama chawan by Nyoitera Haryo of the Nyoisanzin temple kiln and possibly dating to the late Edo or Meiji period. This Raku influenced chawan exhibits a generous form flanked by a series of circular impression over which a Raku glaze that has transmuted to a wide range of colors. A set of twelve Dutch delft wall tiles of a hand painted blue basket of fruit inside a square with a white square behind it at 45 degrees with the same orientation as the tile with its manganese ground. A fourth of a blue flower with a touch of manganese is painted in each corner. Each tile is approximately 5 3/16 inches (13.5 cm) square. Circa 1830, historical dark blue Staffordshire teapot with a different scene on each side. One side shows 3 men chopping down a tree with a house in the background. The opposing side depicts a train engine pulling a coach. This teapot was produced by Enoch Wood & Sons (1818 - 1846) of Staffordshire.
