A very good fruit bouquet paperweight by the New England Glass Company. Four pears alternate with cherries and foliage around a central pear. The lampwork fruit is particularly nice in this weight. The bouquet is presented against a spiraling double latticinio basket. The dome is high and offers nice magnification. The crystal is a bit sugary, as is typical of many NEGC weights. The concave base has a wide basal ring.

Unusual antique French Limoges gold trimmed porcelain oyster plate depicting different sea grasses. In excellent condition, it measures 9.5" diameter.

NOTE: A very interesting technique was used to create the effect of underwater movement. They 1st printed the image in light green, then printed the same image in dark pink over it, but slightly offset. Where the images overlapped, it created a 3rd color, brown, which establishes the main part of the plant.

A delicately potted and painted Vauxhall porcelain tea bowl with an outcurving lip, and depicting rockwork, trees, and an oriental pavilion. The interior with 3 dots and the bottom with a label from the Marie Evans collection.

The diameter is 2 7/8" and the height is 1 5/8". Condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, restoration, or paint loss. Please note that any dark lines in the photos are shadows from the display stand.

A Fine Arts & Crafts Copper Silent Butler from the workshops of Dirk Van Erp in San Francisco. Applied decorative initials "E G W". Measures about 7 1/4" across, about 10 1/2" to end of handle and weighs over 1 1/2 pounds. Very good condition, with some verdigris near the loop handle. Signed on bottom as shown. Nice example.

A wonderful example of this well-known and highly collected historical Staffordshire scene. This plate is 6 3/4" in diameter, with the impressed Clews mark on the reverse. The condition is superb, with deep color, high clarity, sparkling glaze, and no chips, cracks, scratches, or restoration. It is as fine an example as one could hope for.

Porcelain beaker decorated in transfer and polychrome enamels with scenes from Boston. The scenes include Faneuil Hall, Bunker Hill Monument, and Old State House. These glasses were made in Bohemia and Germany from the 1890's until World War I. We are also offering similar glasses featuring Mackinac Island, St. Louis and Cincinnati.

This porcelain loving cup was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1911. There is a date cipher that indicates this year. The cup is 4 1/2 inches high and is 5 inches across the handles. It is made of fine, white bone china. It has delicate handles and a pedestal base. The cup is beautifully hand painted with garlands of tiny roses and forget-me-nots. There is heavy raised gilding around the border of the cup, on the handles, and on the foot. Condition: Excellent
