Victorian Gothic sterling silver goblet. Made by James Charles Edington in London in 1857. Tall and flared bowl with gilt interior; girdled cylindrical stem on raised foot with studded lobes and scalloped rim. Bowl has four studded and stippled strapwork frames of which two inset with flowers and a third with a medieval horseman galloping through a rocky landscape accompanied by a dog, all in relief. Fourth frame engraved “Hugh Eayrs / Memorial / Trophy”...

Richly colored plique a jour beaker, ca 1910. Straight and gently tapering sides. Ornament includes stylized flower heads in rondels and beaded and guilloche borders. Colors red and blue. Silver gilt wire frames and cabled rim. Unmarked. Excellent condition.

A beautiful Longton Hall bowl, decorated with polychrome flowers, most likely done by the Trembly Rose painter. Very fine condition with fresh colors, no cracks, paint loss, or restoration. The diameter is 4 3/8" and the height is 2".

Victorian Rococo sterling silver mustard pot. Made by Edward, John, and William Barnard in London in 1845. Open sides with leafing scrollwork applied at base with leaves forming irregular skirted foot. Cover hinged and solid; top domed and with applied leaf thumb rest and engraved armorial surrounded by leafing scrollwork and flowers. Reeded and leaf-wrapped scroll handle. Detachable cobalt glass liner. Fully marked. Very good condition...

Exceptional mourning band of the Regency period, with stripes of black enamel bordered with gold trim sandwiched between chased floral borders. The inscription reads "Mrs. Anne Smith Cunninghame of Caprington died 1st of March 1830." on the inside. The Scottish origin of the name Cunningham of Caprington along with the prefix "Mrs." tells us this ring was made in loving memory of a beloved Scottish wife...

Lava cameo brooch of Demeter (known to the Romans as Ceres) with a crown of wheat sheaves in her hair. The gold openwork bezel is of 12K and is pointed around the frame, a nice detail, and rather unusual, on the gold work. The brooch was possibly a souvenir from Italy acquired by a traveler on the European Grand Tour...

A Pair of French Bisque High Relief Wall Plaques in their Original 19th Century Frames. One Depicts a Mother and Child and the other Two Lovers. Circa 1880. There is an imbedded disk on the back showing a cupid with a lyre, which we have not been able to identify (see picture). Dimensions; frame 11.25" square, plaque 6.5" in frame, 7" total. Excellent condition.

A Large and Impressive Hand Painted Dutch Delft Vase. Eight reserves; four large ones of a bird and four lesser ones of a stag. Label on the base says "De Oude Moriaans Hoult (The Old Moors Head) Holland Delft (the mark) 1759". This refers to the potters mark, which was first used in 1759 (the Old Moors Head dates from 1648). Dimensions; 16" high, approximately 4.5 pounds in weight. Normal wear for Delft.

Finely crafted silver candlestick, marked sterling silver, decorated with 4 cartouche each containing with classical Greek figures, in high relief, in different position, also floral decoration 0n top and middle and base area. Very large and Early Silver Beaker, North European, Baroque period, dated 1701.

Perhaps misleading to call this large Baroque Silver vessel, a beaker, it could be used as a vase. A beautiful engraved vessel with dotted decoration on the body and with a central medallion engraved with CFS:BRD and below the dating 1701. A double concenthric line to the rim which is engraved with the letters P:L:A:M:B.

A Georgian Silver Pint Mug by Hester Bateman and Hallmarked in London in 1784. The Overall Chased Design, While Sometimes Found on Bateman's Work, was Most Likely Added Later. While the mark is rubbed, it is clearly that of Hester Bateman. Dimensions; 5.5" high x 4" at base, weight 10 Standard/9.1 Troy ounces. excellent condition.

Rare Gorham Art Nouveau sterling silver scoop-form serving bowl cast in the form of a large bonbonniere. The handle and bowl molded in relief with scrolling vines, berries, and ginko leaves. In excellent antique condition, it measures 10 inches long, the bowl measuring 5.25" across. Weight 8.9 oz or 252.31 grams

An ornate and huge Bohemian antique glass goblet of baluster form. The round funnel bowl is cut all over with hexagons, the top row of which forms round arches. The elaborately worked stem contains two flattened knops, each cut with roundels, and a truncated inverted baluster knop cut with hexagons mirroring the bowl...

You would be forgiven if you thought that this vase was made by Tiffany since its maker, Alton Manufacturing, hired away several Tiffany glass makers to start its production of competing wares in 1907, the only year the company produced glass.

This example of the Trevaise branding, analagous to favrile, has a flaring bulbous form with mauve ground and freely flowing and lingering tendrils with leaves attached, punctuated with white flowering blossoms...

Classic Victorian ruby and diamond ring with a star set diamond set in a square and offset by 2 smaller diamonds and a singular ruby. The facets of the stones and gold band echo the geometry of the star setting and unusual square ring head. The ring is hallmarked so we knew exactly when it was made. This porcelain jewel casket was produced in France in the mid-19th century. The style is very similar to porcelain from the Sevres factory. It is unmarked therefore we cannot specifically identify the maker. There are artist’s initials in the painting. It measures 7 inches long, 4 1/4 inches high and 4 inches wide. The porcelain has molded decorations in the rococo style. The sides are blown out and puffy and the casket sits on four feet. The ground color of the casket is cobalt blue...
