A Flight Barr & Barr plate with a gilded undulating rim with a central en grisaille armorial crest featuring a sheep carrying a pennant. Fully marked on the reverse with an impressed FBB mark and an additional painted mark.

A rare Clews Jasperware cream jug circa 1815-34. This pre-Victorian English 3-3/4" high milk jug is signed by Clews. Ralph and James Clews (Cobridge, Staffordshire) was in business only from 1815-34; pieces of Jasperware in imitation of Wedgwood were tricky to manufacture and as a result examples by Clews are quite scarce. This set of 6 porcelain plates was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Manufactory between 1830 and 1840. They have a diameter of 8 3/4 inches. This set of 11 flint glass cordial glasses was produced around 1830.  It was probably made at the Sandwich glass factory or some other renowned New England glass company.  They measure 3 1/2 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 1 3/4 inches.  These glasses are hand blown with a rough pontil on the foot.  They are cut with a panel pattern...

A dark blue printed soup plate depicting in the center Saint Catherine’s hill in Surrey with fishermen and a boat on the River Wye. The back marked with an impressed Clews mark. Well printed and clear images. 8 ¾ inches diameter, 1 ¾ inches tall.

Condition: No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. A few minor scratches in the center of the bowl. Slight discoloration on the back.

Pewter plate, of variety apparently used for special occasions like Purim or Passover etc., 9 3/8" diameter, and filled with incised design consisting of Hebrew characters and an eight pointed star that reminds of the "hex" symbols of American folk art . On the reverse are three "angel/justice" symbols as often seen in these plates, and some writing above that in Roman letters, difficult to decipher. I see the word "FEIN" below one of those angel figures...
