This is a beautifully crafted souvenir spoon from San Francisco, pre-dating the Golden Gate Bridge.In the bowl of the spoon is the Golden Gate, with the Marin Headlands on the right and Fort Point on the left. There is sailing vessel in the water and a setting sun beyond the Golden Gate.

This spoon was made by Watson & Newell Company circa 1886-1895.

An Impressively Grand English Victorian Brass Inkstand or Standish with Double Inkwells. It is 21.25" wide x 9" deep x 7" high and weighs 3 pounds 8 ounces. It dates from the latter part of the 19th century and is in excellent condition, except for a repair one of the legs (only visible from the bottom, see picture).

A very nice scrambled glass paperweight by the New England Glass Company. The weight is well-packed with a colorful assortment of canes and twists. Visually, the set-up extends all the way to the periphery when viewed directly from the top. The glass is very clear.

Origin: America, ca. 1870. Condition: excellent, no wear to crown, some small flakes all along the edges of the basal ring. Size: 2-1/2" diameter; 1-7/8" high.

Antique Polish Jewish brass Sabbath candelabra with five lights, 19th-century Poland. The candelabra is made of several cast and turned elements that have been hand-finished and screwed together. The upper part of the candelabra is made with openwork and adorned with two facing lions of Judah and birds within a scrolled framework...

Offered is this pair of Mt Washington Burmese glass vases with applied handles in their 'Egyptian' pattern. Each vase is 7 inches tall, 4 1/4 inches wide (handle-tip to handle-tip) and both vases are in excellent condition (mentioned for accuracy: there is a black mark on the inside of one vase, perhaps from the flowers displayed in it - see picture)...

Pair of German silver Renaissance hunting figures, ca 1890. The man wears doublet over baggy chemise and hose with belt hanging loosely around hips. A long hat feather drapes gracefully along his arm. The horn is raised expectantly while the other hand rests on his sword. The woman wears a bodice-revealing fitted hip-length coat over a pleated skirt. Her braids are coiled in the back and her hat sports a jaunty feather. On a raised arm perches a falcon...

Worthy as a movie jewelry prop! Very antique circa 1900 Victorian long bookchain necklace with Arts & Crafts Art Nouveau era influences worthy of a jewelry feature or as a jewelry prop for the next movie or theater production. Very early Downton Abbey like piece.
Bookchains are quite often seen as chokers, while this one is double the length! The need for it to place flat requires that it be either short or this length...

A nice South Jersey glass paperweight with a frit “Home Sweet Home” design. The motif features a log cabin with puffs of smoke coming out of the chimney, surrounded by the “Home Sweet Home” legend and a laurel wreath bough at the bottom. The top is cut with a single printy. The bottom is flat and polished, without the incised ring that appears around the periphery of many South Jersey weights.

Very rare Staffordshire pottery child's plate with an ABC rim surrounding a hand-colored transfer print of a railroad steam engine emerging from a tunnel. The plate is very colorful and is highly desirable because of the train decoration.

Origin: Staffordshire, England, ca 1895. Condition: very good, two very tight hairlines about 1" long, a couple of potting and painting flaws. Size: 7-1/2" diameter.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Coalport in the 1890s. It was produced especially for the prestigious retailer, Gilman and Collamore of New York. The saucer has a diameter of 3 3/4 inches. The cup is 1 7/8 inches high with a diameter of 1 7/8 inches. The fine, white bone china is covered entirely be gold. There are panels of intricate, embossed patterns alternating with panels of raised turquoise enamel beads or jewels...

A Fine Pair of Brass Open Barley Twist Candlesticks. English, circa 1900. Dimensions; 12" high x 5" in diameter at the base. Very good condition.

A Magnificent Large German Silver Center Bowl or Compote. Dimensions; 12.5" wide x 9" high; weight, a heavy 40.2 Troy ounces. Made in Germany circa 1890. Excellent condition.

A handsome Imperial Russian medium-size hammered brass oval tray with cast brass handles. A tray of this size would probably have been used to serve vodka, and could still be used as a cordial tray or even on a buffet table. One end is stamped with the maker’s name and the Imperial Romanov double eagle warrant. The handles are attached with copper rivets and are cast in a ropetwist design.

A very nice hammered brass jardiniere from Russia's Imperial era. The vessel is raised on cast lion's paw feet and is flanked by ring handles grasped in cast lion's heads. The jardiniere is constructed in the traditional manner with seamed joints and a rolled lip. The bottom is stamped with the Imperial Romanov double-headed eagle.

Origin: Russia, ca. 1880. Condition: excellent, a few very small dings (difficult to see on the hammered surface). Size: 6-1/4" tall; 6-3/8" diameter.

Large antique 19th C terracotta sculpture in the Italian Renaissance style of a beautiful woman. All original with no repairs or touch-ups, rarely do you find one of these pieces with the paint and gold gilt intact. This piece has just been lightly dusted with a soft brush for the past 25 years. A decorators dream, she measures a little over 18" high x 15" wide at the base. Circa 1880...

A Fine Pair of Italian Faience Bowls by Ulisse Cantagalli with the Cockerel or Rooster Mark of 1878-1901. Dimensions; 9.5" in diameter 4" high. Some minor wear, but in very fine condition.

This is a long silver watch chain with alternating lengths of longer and shorter fetter links. For the better part of the nineteenth century, chains were fashioned laboriously using hand-working skills. A fetter link refers to a longer link which was used to reduce the number of links needed to fabricate a chain, thereby cutting down on the labor...

Capodimonte porcelain hinged box in high-relief with hand-painted frolicking cherubs and satyrs with a dark grey horse and on the lid are cherubs playing with a goat. Condition: the front panel has a firing flaw and is indented. On the base is a marked verso with a blue letter N over a crown. It was made in Naples Italy. Age: Late 19th Century Size: 4 ¾” ht. x 5 5/8” w. x 4” d. (12.06 x 14.6 x10.16 cm)
