This porcelain cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Doulton before 1920. The saucer is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The set is made of fine, white bone china. It is decorated with swags of tiny rose buds. The surface of the cup and saucer is covered with tiny pale green enamel beads reminiscent of Coalport. A fine mid-19th century pressed glass paperweight in the form of a recumbent lion resting on an opaque glass base. The lion is beautifully detailed and finished in a frosted surface. This lion is similar to one produced by Gillinder for the 1876 Centennial Exposition, but it is much more finely made. The underside of the black base is impressed “490”.

Very nice poplar Shaker bonnet with a label marking the size as a 5. They were also made in size #6 and size #7. The bonnets were sold by the Shakers in their gift shops but they were not made by the Shakers. This one is in very good condition. It does have a few brown stains at the top of the brim edge, see photo. This is just about as good as you can get for this type of Shaker bonnet.

Sterling silver bonbon spoon in Baker-Manchester’s 1900 “Spartan” pattern. The wonderful design incorporates a knight’s helmet with exuberant feathers and foliage. An oversized plate (10 ½ inches (26.7 cm) diameter) with a hand painted bouquet of petunias in the center, surrounded by a thick gilt band and the elaborately molded lip with the molding picked out in gold. The printed blue KPM mark on the bottom was used during the years 1847 to 1849. There is also an incised Roman numeral four and possibly the number 14. It was probably used as a serving plate for pastry or cake.

A large (11 3/8 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches high) signed applied-threaded center bowl made by Steuben around 1920. Except for some expected scratches at the bottom, it is in fine condition (no missing threads). Polished pontil. Made with rib-optic glass, the bowl is signed with, 'Steuben' inside the fleur-de-lis signature (the signature is extremely faded - please look at the 12 o'clock position of the last picture).

This porcelain serving dish or plate was produced in Germany by Rosenthal between 1898 and 1906. It was sold white ware to a studio artist for decoration. It has a diameter of 10 1/2 inches. The rim of the dish is reticulated in art nouveau style. There are large, pastel colored roses spilling across the center of the dish. The rim is trimmed with heavy gilding.

This is a stoneware crock, 11 1/2" high and approximately 10 1/2" diameter, natural non-gray color, the "2" cut into the wet clay before it was fired.
