This porcelain casket was produced in Italy in the late 19th century by Capodimonte. It measures 11 1/2 inches long, 7 inches wide and 4 1/4 inches high. It has a gilt metal frame with hinges and a latch to close it. The porcelain is molded with high relief scenes and ornamentation. Greek gods, nude figures, cherubs and animals cover the surface. It even has dolphins. They are done in bright, colorful enamels. The casket is profusely gilded. It is in excellent condition.

KPM (Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur) Meissen porcelain cup and saucer in a dusty rose pink with gold trimming and designs of grapes and grape leaves. KPM is the highest grade of hard paste Meissen. The maker's mark is fired in underglaze blue underneath both the cup and saucer. The saucer is 6 inches in diameter and the cup is 3 inches in diameter and 3 inches in hight.

19th century rare and good quality ½ liter ceramic beer stein made by Matthias Girmscheid with incised mark on the bottom which look like a castle along with numbers 76, 7, 5 and painted and incised 3, as can be seen on the picture.

CONDITION: missing pewter lid, an old repair to the base rim and approximately 3/8 in long hairline on the base rim.

The patterns seems to be somewhat faded.

This miniature " bullseye with diamond point oil lamp is 5 1/2" from base to collar. The chimney adds another 4 3/4" to the height. There is a copper heat protector under the paper shade. I do believe this lamp is 100% original.

Unusual Victorian porcelain scent bottle in the shape of a clam shell. The silver lid is stamped with the hallmarks of Sanders and Shepherd and the date letter for 1889. The bottle is 2" high by 1 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" at its deepest.

A beautiful three-piece antique French clock garniture set, made by F.Marti. Made of metal and marble, the set consists of a clock and two accent pieces. Overall, the set is in very good condition (the top-filial on the clock is a little loose). The clock-works is marked, 'S. Marti Medaille d'Or Paris 1900' - see last picture. The clock is approximately 15 inches (37,5 cm) tall and 10 inches (25 cm) wide. Each of the accent pieces is approximately 11 inches (27,5 cm) tall.

Measuring only 5.5 inches x 6.5 inches framed, this darling little pair of 19th century, American Folk Art, hand-colored lithographs depict two different homesteads in Macon County, Illinois.

This cloth doll has very dear oil painted face with great soft blue eyes. She has leather hands that could be original by the way they are put on. A terrific folding paper knife, the body covered in the colorful “Caledonia” tartan. The blade is carved from bone and has a locking mechanism just as any other pocket knife would have. These are sometimes called fruit knives, but I’m reasonably certain they were intended for use as paper knives or letter openers. Lovely large silver plate tray with beading center decoration and trim, with beading around the edges. It has raised handles with wood in the center, and small raised feet. I can't find any markings on it, but it is definitely old and lovely. It measures 26" long by 19" deep and can easily hold a lovely tea set.

A large and rare, early 19th C Gathering Basket from North Carolina of rectangle shape with 2 steamed and bent handles. In great condition, it is very tightly woven with a double wrapped rim. A small sweet excellent condition antique egg basket. It has nice patina and is circa 1870-80. It would hold about 5 or 6 eggs and a lot of strawberry emeries.

This is one of the most vibrant and spectacular splint baskets you are likely to encounter. The chrome yellow paint is complemented by the deep red wrapping at the top and on the wood handle. Found in Pennsylvania, it has a 9 1/4" diameter, is 6 3/4" tall not including the handle, and 11" tall including the handle.

The paint is all original with no loss, and the structural integrity is pristine, with no breaks.

Offered are these two beautiful, hand-painted Victorian glass ewers. The amber-colored thumbprint jug is 8 3/4 inches tall and 6 3/4 inches wide. The Mary Gregory one is 8 inches tall and 7 inches wide. Both ewers were blown (has pontil-bottoms - see last two pictures) and are without chips, cracks or repairs. Both jugs fluoresce a gentle green when exposed to long-wavelength black-light, showing that they are made of late 19th century soda-lime glass blanks.

Although not marked, this art glass piece bears the styling and quality of Victorian pieces made by the Stevens and Williams Ltd of England and in the 1870s under the direction of John Northwood (son Harry Northwood was a glass maker in America). The body is an oval pill-shaped translucent light turquoise glass with an open oval top that is bordered with a scalloped ribbon crest. At each narrow end is a small applique of amber glass.
