A very nice English Georgian wine glass with a round funnel bowl, the lower half being molded with flutes. The stem is of the double series opaque twist type (DSOT) and is comprised of a pair of multi-ply corkscrews outside of a pair of spiral threads. Conical foot with a snapped pontil.
Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Good color, striations, and tool marks. Normal and expected wear to foot. The height is 5 5/8", with a bowl diameter of 2" and a foot diameter of 2 7/1...

A wine glass with a large flared bell bowl with a solid base. The stem is of the multiple spiral air twist (MSAT) type, above a conical foot. 6 7/8 inches tall, bowl diameter 3 inches, foot diameter 2 7/8 inches. Perfect condition and the discrepancy between the bowl and foot diameters is due to the large flare of the bowl.

An 18th century faience desk set or inkwell for a lady, decoration of flower sprigs, mainly Forget me nots. French, possibly Rouen around 1780, Width "6 ¼ / 15.8 cm and height " / 5.7 cm. The base with four little feet and mark W in black, maybe for William Sturgeon who owned one of the Rouen factories from 1776. A fine and early Worcester sweetmeat, the open shell curled over at one side, the undulating rim strongly shaded in green with a yellow inner border to the green. Painted in the Meissen style with a central flower spray surrounded by scattered smaller sprays.
Superb bright condition with no issues at all. The length is 4 3/4", the width 5 1/4", and the height 1 3/4".
NOTE: A similar dish, in a more common color, sparser painting, and with wear sold at the Bonham's sale in March, 2010.

A small Bilston patch box, enamel on copper, mid-18th century, in a design somewhere between Rococo and Louis XVI: the outer shape softly rounded, the pattern more strict, of diaper type, textile-like. Patches, often in black silk, were used to conceal scars or blemishes from smallpox or other diseases. At the time Bilston, a town in West Midlands was famous for their enamel boxes. An uncommon form (only one or two were part of a full service), made by Worcester in the Dr. Wall period. The design has a central rose surrounded by garlands of flowers in cartouches, all done in a soft European palette. Alternating with these cartouches are others that are pure white, making this decoration very unusual. The background of the dish is, of course, the desirable blue scale made so famous by Worcester.

A French faience pot de crème / custard pot, c 1760, ribbed and decorated with flowers in petit feu enamels. The style of the decoration as well as the shape resembles that of Veuve Perrin, Marseille, but the signature, a monogrammed JR, indicates that the little pot originates from the manufacture of Joseph Robert, also in Marseille.
