A large, beautiful, 1884 Rookwood art pottery covered ginger jar, decorated with a bird in flight. The jar is in excellent condition (there is a small scratch on the jar's body - see picture). The jar has the size-code, 'A', the code for the largest-sized Rookwood articles: the ginger jar is 8 1/4 inches tall and 7 inches wide at the shoulders. This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England between 1800 and 1815. It has no mark from the manufacturer but it may have been made by Minton or Coalport. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/2 inches and is 1 1/8 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The shape of the cup is known as a bute shape. The porcelain has a slightly grayish tinge to it. This is a beautiful, French cameo glass vase, made by DeVez, a contemporary of Daum Freres of Nancy, France. The banjo vase is 6 1/4 inches (16 cm) tall. The vase is in excellent condition (there is a fabrication flaw on the top rim of the vase, typical of hand-made items - see last picture). Polished pontil.

Eleven(12) Tiffany mark English Derby Porcelain Dinner Plates, Ca. 1906, 10" diameter, with Cobalt Blue and encrusted Gold Border and Jeweled white raised Dots along the Encrusted Gold Drape design. Under the plate on the bottom marked "Royal Crown Derby, England, Tiffany & Co. New York" in red, and also impressed mark as "Derby 2-06", and top near the bottom rim numbered "7670R" in red. Some inner decorated with gold is worn, no damages, no restoration was done for this set.
