A gorgeous Napoleon III white opaline glass baluster-form vase with an everted apple green opaline rim and an applied molded green opaline foot with knopped and ribbed decoration. The overall design is very pleasing and the color contrast is stunning. The quality is comparable to Baccarat, although the vase was probably made at a competing cristallerie.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the late 19th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 1 1/2 inches high. The set is designed in an elegant Chinese style. The colors used are black and magenta. The flowers are hand painted. The contrasts of color and simplicity of design make this demitasse a striking and beautiful set.

The frame on this ornate bride's basket was made by the Wilcox Silver Co. circa 1880's. The frame holds a beautiful robin's egg blue satin glass basket with touches of cranberry around the double ruffled edge. The frame has a twisted rope handle with an ornate decoration on the top. A hammered copper Arts and Crafts style plaque decorated with three stylized marine fish amongst bubbles and seaweed. This item will have been made in the British Isles circa 1890-1910. We have been unable to attribute it to a particular school or workshop.

A beautiful antique, English cameo glass vase, made most likely by Thomas Webb and Sons, around 1900. The vase is 8 1/4 inches (21 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (11 cm) wide at the shoulders. It is in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or repairs (there are some fabrication flaws typical of hand-made items). Polished pontil.

Very pretty hand chased sterling basket by Whiting Mfg. Co. Basket measures 3 3/4" wide and 2 3/8" tall ( excluding the handle). This Aesthetic Movement basket has a lovely detailed foliate motif (morning glory?), a fluted rim, and a gilded interior. The twisted handle is attached to a beautiful curved silver application and rests on the side of the basket. There is a monogram on the back. Circa 1870. Excellent condition.
