A very unusual James Pennington bowl with a shaped rim. The painted scene depicts oriental buildings, with the reverse showing rockwork and a variety of odd trees. The interior rim of the bowl has a blue border with stylized flowers or fruit.

1880 blue checked bonnet all hand sewn with really nice details. I have taken some pictures I hope you can see the hand stitching on the brim with six rows with cord inside so it gives the brim some stiffness. The bonnet is a lovely blue. Sterling silver berry spoon in Towle's 1884 "Arlington" pattern. This rare pattern featured a different repousse design on each piece of the service. The gilt spade-shaped bowl is engraved with climbing roses growing on a trellis. This decoration is especially interesting.

We believe that is is a Royal Rudolstadt Urn, despite the lack of a mark. It is decorated with florals, with a gilt handle and sits on a pedestal base. It is 13" high and it is in excellent condition. Late 19th century.

Offered is this pair of beautiful hand-painted vases. Made on acid-dipped frosted glass, each vase is 14 1/2 inches (37 cm) tall. Unsigned, but probably made by Mont Joye. In very good condition (the inner-rim of one vase looks chipped, but is smooth and gilded, so perhaps it occurred during fabrication - see last picture).

This porcelain bottle was produced in Berlin by FA Schumann between 1850 and 1869.  The bottle measures 6 inches high and 3 5/8 inches by 3 1/8 inches at the bottom. The porcelain is molded with scrolls and shells.  There are two finely hand painted landscapes.  They are both identified.  One is a church in Bulha.
