This is a fine American sterling silver napkin ring with three rows of engine turned banding and a center cartouche, made at the turn-of-the-century, monogrammed HLW, unmarked; Wt. 9.8 grams. A beautiful and unusual form dram glass with a thick firing type foot. Drawn trumpet bowl above a double series opaque twist (DSOT) stem composed of heavy threads surrounding a spiral cable. Rough snapped pontil. 4 1/2" tall.

A rare and early baluster champagne glass featuring an everted lip cup bowl over a hollow inverted baluster knop. Finishing the stem is a basal knop over a high domed and folded foot. The height of this gem is 4 1/4 inches, and it has no condition issues whatsoever.

Although this type form was also made slightly later, the thinly blown dark metal strongly suggests a late 17th century date.

A fine lead antique wine glass, being a true Jacobite multiple spiral air twist (MSAT) glass engraved by Engraver B in Seddon's book. The air twist is very tight and elegantly fashioned. A beautiful and elegant Dr. Wall First Period Worcester tankard, or mug, painted with the "Walk in the Garden" pattern, showing a "Long Eliza" figure holding a basket and a ruyi sceptre, the boy at her side with a speared bird, and birds in the branches of a fine tree on the reverse. The inside of the footrim has a workman's mark which appears to be IH or JH.

The mug is of quite a goodly size, being 4 3/4" in height...

A beautiful powder jar of colorless crystal cased in rose crystal, cameo cut and then etched. The delicate pattern of wild roses stands out in rose against the frosty etched background. The design is beautifully worked. The bottom has a large concaved polished pontil. Several examples of this coloring and technique, although in different floral patterns, appears in Curtis’ exhaustive book, “Baccarat”.

A rare and beautiful double series opaque twist wine glass. The bowl, of uncommon tulip form, sits atop a stem containing two heavy spiral threads around a central gauze. What makes this glass rare, aside from the bowl shape, is that, opposed to being conical, as is usually the case, the foot is domed, a feature very rarely found on opaque twist glasses.

This fine example is 6 1/8" tall, with a bowl diameter of 2 7/16", and a foot diameter of 2 5/8"...

Beautiful set of 12 Royal Doulton service plates, handpainted by R. Brown. They are all scenes of castles and inns in England. They measure 10 1/4" in diameter, and are in excellent condition, with a tiny scratch here and there, but you have to look very close to see it...

This is an extremely nice example of a Bow porcelain figure of winter from the "Rustic Seasons" group. It depicts an older man wearing a cowled garment, sitting on a mound of rocks, and warming his hands over a brazier. The brazier is set amidst flowers and leaves, with the whole scene raised on four scroll feet.

The piece is 6 1/2" tall, and is in overall excellent and exceptional condition. There are several minor chips to two of the leaves and a flower...

This is an extremely fine early 19th century balustroid wine glass made in the 18th century style. It is lead glass, and has a large funnel bowl which sits atop a triple ring collar, below which is a center section of an unusual and uncommon cylinder knop, followed by two angular knops. It has a conical folded foot with a rough, snapped pontil.

The glass is in perfect condition, with no restoration, and displays good tooling marks and striations throughout...

A Nut Dish With Handle, in Sterling Silver. Made by Gorham for Udall & Ballou, a New York City Jeweler, in the early 1900's. It measures 4.5" long x 2.5" deep x 2.5" high to the handle.

A superb example of a triple knopped double series opaque twist(DSOT)antique wine glass. The bell bowl sits above a stem with a 3-ply spiral around a central gauze, and shoulder, medial, and basal knops. 6 1/8" tall, 2 3/8" bowl diameter, 2 7/8" foot diameter.

Unlike many multi-knopped opaque twists, which are poorly fashioned and on the spindly side, this glass is elegantly executed and proportioned.

An antique wine glass of lead composition. This drinking glass has a drawn trumpet bowl and a stem with a trapped tear. The bowl has diamond point engraving with the names Harlord Wright and Frances Chat, followed by the Latin saying flammae felices quas mutuus exitat ardor. Extremely rare pair of Victorian cast iron flamingo garden ornaments. Dating from the late 19th century, these flamingos are exceptional. I've seen many later versions in concrete or plastic, but never another pair this old or made of cast iron. A beautiful and unusual cordial drinking glass, with a round funnel bowl, the lower half of which is fluted. The stem is of the double series opaque twist type, and is comprised of a 17-ply spiral band outside of a lace twist. What makes this a truly special glass is the domed helmet foot, and the overall proportions.

A Pair of Vieux (Old) Paris Hand Painted Porcelain Figural Candlesticks Portraying a Pair of Young Lovers. From the Mid-19th Century. Dimensions; 7.5" high. Excellent condition.

A pair of dry drug jars decorated with blue leaves top and bottom and the drug name in the middle, all over a light grayish blue glaze. This form is typical of the 18th century Italian drug jars. The hand throwing on a wheel is evident on the glazed interior of both jars. 7 ¼ inches tall and 4 ¾ inches diameter, (18.5 cm tall, 12 cm diameter).

Condition; Both have chips on the base and roughness from throwing on the mouth. Both have later marking on the base with a magic marker.

A Copper Lustre Goblet with Hand Painted Floral Decorations; circa 1820. Dimensions 4.75" high x 3.25" wide at top and 2.75" at base. Some slight age wear, but in very good condition.

A beautifully executed English lead wine glass with a round funnel bowl engraved and polished with a butterfly, grapes, and vines. A straight hollow stem leads to a domed and folded foot with a rough pontil. An almost identical example is shown in Plate 78g of Haynes.

A well made 18th century Italian dry drug jar. The body is a red clay covered with white slip then painted in blue with a dentil style pattern at the top and bottom with the name of the drug in the central section. The inside is similarly covered in white slip and shows the ridges from being turned on a potter’s wheel. This jar would have been part of a set of jars used for dry drugs in a pharmacy. 7 ¼ inches tall and 4 ¾ inched diameter. (18.5 cm tall, 12 cm diameter).

A George III Scottish Silver Sugar and Cream Jug by Francis Howden and hallmarked in Edinburgh in 1810. Bright cut engraved decoration. Gilt interior and reeded border. The marks are faint, but between the two pieces can be made out. Dimensions; creamer 8" x 4.5"; sugar 5.75" x 4.5"; weight 16.5 Troy ounces total. Excellent condition.

A wine rinser, or washer, in a deep Bristol green color; unusual in that it is the single-lipped form as opposed to the normal type with two lips; 3 1/2" tall, 4 1/2" diameter

A Sevres porcelain cup and saucer from the Second Empire (1852-1870) painted with flower garlands with a gilt scallop border and monogrammed with what appear to be the initials A.D. Diameter of saucer is approximately 4 ½ inches (10.2cm) and height of cup approximately 2 ½ inches (5.1cm).

Condition: Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.

Delicately painted rose garlands and the high quality porcelain create a pleasingly pretty set.

A hand-painted moulded earthenware (religious subject) wall plaque with "majolica" glaze, made in the style of the 15th century Italian sculptor and ceramicist Lucia della Robbia. A wine glass rinser, rare because of the deep and beautiful red color. Wine rinsers or wine washers were used to cool or rinse wine glasses between courses of meals. Red was, by far, the least common color of glass in this period because of the expense in making since gold had to be added to the molten metal to achieve the color. This is a wonderful example in excellent condition. The height is 3 3/4 inches and the diameter is 4 5/16 inches. Polished pontil.
