A very rare and superb Octagon British Wooden TEA CADDY WITH TORTOISE SHELL AND MOTHER OF PEARL inlays, ca. 1800. The top knob for opening and the 4 small feet are made of bone. The tea caddy comes with the original key and the mechanism works well. Size: height 17 cm. including the knob and feet (15 cm without) x width 12 cm. Very good condition. A fine Collector's piece!
