Decorated with a bird on a rock and flower panels. Diameter 14 cm. The footrims with attached oven sand, often seen on porcelain from this period. Wanli (1573-1619). Condition: one saucer with a hairline crack.

A thinly, very well potted porcelain body with a high quality underglaze blue decoration. The cobalt blue excellent. This marked Ming Minyao ( peoplesware ) bowl shows a nearly imperial quality. Jiajing period ( 1522 - 1566 ) Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 12,1 cm. H : 6,4 cm. Condition : One glaze chip to the rim and one chip to the unglazed foorting. Very nice tone when tapped.

Very rare five dynasties yue mise bowl decorated with incised dragon motive. 20cm diameter. 7cm high. Bowl has two very small chipped and glaze degradations. No hairlines.
This antique Chinese lotus shaped serving tray is elaborately inlayed with Mother of Pearl. The MOP design covers the surface of the tray and also goes about the exterior face of the narrow rim. Wood is most likely ebony and tray dates from mid 18th century.
Condition: All the MOP inlay is intact but there are numerous tiny nicks and chips in the surface finish on the inside and outside edges of the rim surround...
