Antique Chinese scroll mounted with two album leaves depicting erotic scenes, colors on silk, top image is of a couple in amorous embrace in elaborately decorated bedroom, bottom image is of a woman sitting on a man's lap in another lavishly appointed room, various objects of a beautiful and scholarly lifestyle are arranged in each of the two scenes, overall beautifully painted, 19th century.

This very well carved and designed carved bamboo root brush washer is an early-20th century product. It is 1 7/8” high and 5 7/8” wide (measured from the widest part). It depicts old pine trees with a crane resting on one of the limbs. According to Chinese tradition, pine trees and cranes represent longevity. It is in great condition.
Rare and exceptional Meiji Period C.1900 bronze 'usubata' flower vase with a dragon stand. The bronze cup sits in the dragon' s open mouth. The fine relief work on the dragon is superb. The dragon 's are glass. Excellent ondition. height 14"; diameter 10". Ask for shipping quote.
Antique Chinese porcelain 'Justice' cup, beautiful flambé glaze with hues of brown and eggplant to tints of blue and gray. Inside stands a bearded sage in a textured light cream and brown glaze. The Chinese Justice Cup was engineered with a twist; if it is filled to a "greedy" or top level, all of its liquid contents run out from the bottom of the cup. Age: 19th Century.

Antique Japanese Funa Bako (ship safe box) made of a very dark reddish Keyaki (Zelkova) hardwood, with a front hinged door adorned with iron hardware. Decorated with small flower studding and flower lockpins. Behind the hinged door are six drawers of varying size with ring pulls. Very heavy and solid, original finish. Features a hidden secret drawer.

This nicely executed silver alloy tea pot is a late-19th century product. It is 8” high (9 ½” high with handle extended) and 9” wide at the spout. The body is 6 ¼” wide. The famous 8 immortals and their symbols appear over the entire hexagonal body and cover. The spout is the shape of a mythical animal, PiXie. The knob on the cover of the teapot is a seated PiXie. There is an honorable mark “Great Qing Qian Long” stamped on the bottom. It is in great condition.
A rare inkstone was found from a famous painter and scholar of Qing Dynasty - Zen-Yu 曾燠(AD1759-1830) .
The inscriptions on the inkstone were as follows : Dauguang 6th year (1826) Nan-chen, Zen-Yu(道光六年南城曾燠) .
On the reverse side, the motif of a crouching deer was well carved.

Japanese Standing Female Isho Ningyo of a Bijin, Meiji Period. 15.75 inches (40 cm).
Japanese Arita porcelain square sake bottle with Dutch Kakiemon decoration. The bottle is square with a short waisted neck and everted lip. Each side is painted with unique images of birds, flowers and plants. The color scheme is iron-red, turquoise, blue and green with some gold. Minor wear consistent with age. Provenance: San Francisco collection.
