A small Chinese porcelain plate decorated with famille rose enamel depicting a foo dog playing with a colorful ball. A six characters Qianlong mark is on the bottom and it was made in the period. The Plate is in perfect condition. Diameter: 6".

Song Dynasty Jun ware brush shaper or brushwasher. This was originally the base of flower vase which was later reworked into a scholar’s object. The brown clay indicates this was fired in Henan and in my opinion is representative of the kind that was acquired for the Imperial Qing collection rather then the more typical bowls and saucers. The top surface has more discoloration and minor scratches which indicates, that the repurposing was done some time ago...

A Chinese silver goblet embossed with a continuous scene of figures and horses set against a background of pavilions, mountains, pagoda and trees. It is raised on three entwined bamboo branches. This is a high quality object of vertu, the figures have human faces with features- look for a laughing old man with animated face. Circa 1850, rare Chinese Rose Mandarin serving dish in the shape of a pomegranate. In excellent antique condition with very little surface wear, it measures 6 inches x 5 inches.

A very rare figure of a Tang lady seated on a barrel stool in a long robe and large hairdo gently holding a dog. Original Tang figures look beautiful at all angles. Made of a fine red colored clay, it was originally painted but the slip and color have worn away revealing only the clay underneath.

Period: Tang (7th - 10th Century)

Condition: The original head had broken off when found but has been re-attached.
