Tibetan Himalayan region Tsampa Tea Bowl, hard Silver wrapped Burlwood Tea Bowl, Ca. 1900, 2 1/2" high, 4" diameter on top rim, Silver impressed and raised Buddhist design on high foot wrapped around the bottom. Red Wax Seal mark in the center of the bottom. Hand hammered mark inside silver bowl, not a damage.

Large Japanese Kutani serving bowl featuring 2 separate scenes. In very good antique condition, there is some minor fritting around the outer edge of the rim. This rare Japanese bowl measures 10 inches in diameter and about 3.25" high. Dates late Edo, Circa 1800.

Very well crafted Sino-Tibetan gilded cast bronze figure of Buddha, seated in a lotus position upon a lotus base; dressed in a finely relief robe and a censer in one hand. Circa 19th century era. Size; Height of figure is 8.75 inches with width of 7 inches. Condition Report; Condition is consistent with age.

Finely painted Satsuma chatelaine with a silver backing and chain. The porcelain disks are tapered in size with the largest being iris, followed by a peacock, then butterflies, and finally a coiled dragon. The images are surrounded with cobalt blue and gold bands. This chatelaine could easily be made into a necklace. Measures 5.25" long with the largest tile a little under 1 inch diameter and the smallest being 1/2" diameter. Dates circa 1900.

This is very fine Imari Pedestal bowl. In fact one of the best ones we have come across. It has very fine workmanship and there are many symbolic characters mixed into the busy design so look close at the images. This is a very old Japanese Imari Plate. The design is outstanding and the rim style is very rare. This is a piece for the collector that appreciates the finer imari pieces made at the Japanese kilns. The plate measures 9 3/4 inches across and is quite heavy. There is a signature or writing in underglaze blue that we can not make out. Condition is excellent with come minor wear.

In the style of Ogata Korin, this tall-sided tray is lacquered black over a wood core. The decoration is rendered in raised lacquer in the Rinpa School manner after Korin. It displays a gnarled stump of a plum tree sending out shoots with blossoms and buds raised in gold lacquer, as well a inlaid flowers and buds in iridescent abalone mother of pearl...

A beautiful 2 Stage lacquered container covered in black lacquer decorated with flowering vines. The domed lid opens to reveal a circular tray removable to open a deep container. It is 8.5 cm (3-1/4 inches) diameter, 11 cm (4-1/4 inches) tall and in excellent condition.

This is a simple blue and white porcelain hand made spoon from 19th century China. It measures roughly 9.5 cm and is in good condition but may have minor chips. Makes a great conversation piece or decorative accent. I have several available.

A late 19th century brightly painted model of an immortal sitting side-saddle over a green maned beast. The figure is mounted on a wooden stand. The piece is fifteen inches in height.
