An antique Japanese Kasane Tansu (section on section) made entirely of Kiri (Paulownia) wood. All original hand forged iron hardware including the Gumbai style handles. Four full width drawers for spacious clothes storage. Side handles to each section for carrying the from place to place.

Large green glazed Shiwan pottery teapot in the shape of a water bucket with a pour spout, small lid, and carrying handle. In very good condition save for a tiny flea bite on the spout, it measures about 10.5” high (to top of handle) x 9" diameter (10” across including spout). Dates circa 1885.

This is a very fine, flattened, rounded square form Snuff Bottle with a straight round neck, rounded sloping shoulders, resting on a raised oval footing. Made of Black Jade. The bottle is well hollowed, decorated with slight high relief carving of a Peony flower (a symbol of beauty in China) and branch on each side. It has a very smooth and lustrous surface. A rare southern Song dunasty longquan celadon blue green large bowl, rounded side with deep center and unglazed base, bowl has very rare rim shape and covered with good bluish green glaze, good porcelain with high ping sound with finger tip.
Bowl is in good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration, there is small glaze flake / frit at outer rim, minor crackled at the glaze surface, very rare rim shape.

Large cylindrical Kangxi-style blue and white porcelain with design of precious vessels and Buddhist emblems. Size: Diameter of the brushpot is 6.5 inches with the height of 6 inches.

A rare Song dynasty longquan celadon conical shape washer, rounded side with inward rim and unglazed base, washer decorated with raising lotus petal motif at the exterior, covered with deep green glaze.
Washer is in good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration, good porcelain with ping sound with finger tip.
Size: 13 cm diameter.

A 7.5" light olive green silver wire vase, unsigned. Silver rimmed with black counterenamel and bottom, it is decorated with finely executed vines and blue berries.

Imperfections: A small flake directly under the top silver rim, shown in enlargement #1 and one very small light area on the green enamel, 1" above the base, visible in enlargements #3 and #4; both are probably manufacturing flaws...

A pair of unusual late 19th Century relief moulded cylindrical shaped hat stands painted with panels depicting gentlemen with attendants in a garden landscape, the borders are decorated with Buddhistic precious objects and flower sprays reserved against a yellow ground. On the base is the four character iron red seal mark of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). These are probably Nyonya wares, made for export to the Malaysian "Straits Chinese" community ...

A very thinly potted small blue and white Ming dynasty saucer. It is so thinly potted that if held against the light, we can see through it. The centre of the saucer has a flower that looks like a lotus pod in a double circle. The porcelain is slightly grayish in colour. It has the Cheng Hua (1465-1487) six character mark and of the period.

There are minor firing faults with frittings and chips along the rim and base. No hair line crack...
