An antique Japanese 2 part Usubata in bronze featuring a Minogame (age old turtle) base. Mounted to the shell is a flanged cloud rendering with four terminating columns that undulates to a removable wide rim water receptacle. Artist signed at the base of the receptacle. Beautiful craftsmanship including the fine stimple work to the underside of the turtle.

In Japan, the turtle is a good luck animal symbolizing 10,000 years of long life...

Late Qing Dynasy (1880s 10 1911) century Chinese glass cylindrical seal. Wonderful simple piece appropriate for a scholar’s desk, beautiful transparent glass, very pleasant finish to the surface. The bottom is carved with two raised characters, old dried sea paste in the grooves. The impression of the seal is shown on Enlargement 1 (photo is flipped left to right to present the image as it will actually print on paper). Height 2 3/16 inches, diameter 5/8 inches.

This jade (nephrite) carving of a reclining water buffalo and boy is 2 ¼” high, 3” wide and 2 3/8” thick. It is a late 19th century product. It depicts a young boy holding peach branches trying to climb a reclining water buffalo. Aside from some natural blemishes on the bottom, it is in great condition.

A Five Dynasty to Northern Sung dynasty shipwreck Yue Green glaze celadon Saucer, lotus pattern, unglazed ring among the green glaze. It is in good condition no damage, no crack, no chip, no restoration except glaze corossion.

This is Sakai-Sarasa used for Edo period. Sarasa of a small pattern is rare. The warm feel does this. As for this, cotton is spun by hand and is thick. This does not have a stain and damage in a face. This has a few stains in the backside, but does not stand out. Size 93cm x 44cm (36.6 "x 17.3")

Chinese Qing dynasty Jun type glazed Pot. Good condition. 21cm mouth diameter. 11,5cm high.

Chinese agate carving of a curled lotus leaf. The leaf is delicately and thinly carved and is edged in pierced flowers and vines. The agate stone has natural siena and russet tone areas throughout. Comes with original tripod wood stand.

A Late Ming dynasty blue and white bowl, decorated with the egret and lotus within a circle to interior center, the rest is plain white glazed. Condition with a short firing crack and minor fritting to the mouth rim, otherwise is very good. Diameter: 14,3 cm and Height: 6,6 cm.

Antique Chinese silk robe fragment richly embroidered with butterflies and flowers. Two large butterflies with beautifully elongated and swirling wings fly amidst a profusion of densely embroidered flowers. In the center, a flower bunch is embroidered using the forbidden stitch technique in shades of pink. Edged with golden Buddhist symbols. Framed.

This is the indigo-dyed cotton Tsutsugaki Nobori flag dedicated to the Inari Shrine during the Edo period. Among the characters of tsutsugaki, it is an item written with very high technology.
