A very scare smoker's table/stand from the Black Forest region of Germany. Circa 1890-1900. Carved from Linden wood. The pedestal is in the form of a tree trunk supported on three branches, on which a large bear is climbing. This bear is realistically modeled, with glass eyes, and has a hinged head that reveals a cigar humidor inside. Early American Queen Anne highboy. Coastal New Hampshire origin. Circa1760. A two part highboy in figured maple, with white pine secondary wood. The upper case with five long, graduated drawers over a lower case with two long drawers and an attractively shaped skirt and supported on four cabriole legs on pad feet. The exterior exhibits an old, mellow refinish and the brasses are original. No other repairs or restoration. Size: 75 1/4 inches ht. x 38 1/8 inches wide x 19 inches deep.

Large Federal style giltwood girandole mirror with convex glass, surmounted with a fully figured, carved and ebonized eagle with outstretched wings above an acanthus leaf crest. Early 20th century. Size: 42 inches width x 11 inches depth x 55 inches height. The convex mirror measures 22 inches in diameter and is encircled by bands of gilded balls and ebonized stars, between four girandole electrified candle arms. This mirror is in excellent original condition and has modern wiring.

A fine early English Oak Carved Tudor period bible box. With an antique hand written not on the inside lid stating. "Old Tudor Bible Box from Oddington Church Oxfordshire used for more than 100 years as a reading desk bought in Burford Aug 1509. In good antique condition replaced lock and comes with a later stand. Great for magazine storage a beautiful early period piece with exquisite patina.

New England early blanket chest retaining its original faux flame mahogany paint decorated surface. Pine construction. Early 19th century. Lift-top storage compartment above two dovetailed drawers with original brass pulls supported on high French feet. Offered in as-found estate condition, with some light scratches to the paint. Original hinges and locks. Desirable size: 39 5/8 inches length x 19 1/2 inches depth x 36 3/4 inches height.

Such an amazing find... circa 1880's, this Napoleon III child-size mannequin is covered in its original black silk/satin. Measuring approximately 44" high, it telescopes up on original black painted wooden stand. Body is 20" long, waist 20-1/2", hips 30", bust 25". Minor wear from age & use, one of the shoulder caps was repaired long ago & sticks out further than the other. Overall an incredibly rare & charming dress form.

Early American Chippendale period slant lid desk in maple. New England origin. Late 18th century. Size: 38 inches wide x 18 inches deep x 43 inches height. Writing surface - 31 inches ht. An attractive maple desk with some tiger graining to the slant front. Dovetailed construction visible on top corner joints; high French feet; four graduated drawers with replaced Chippendale style brasses. The interior reveals a combination of five pigeon holes and seven drawers.

New York state Federal era side board with serpentine front. Circa 1795-1805. This mahogany Hepplewhite sideboard has four drawers above four conforming doors faced with book matched, figured mahogany veneers. The tapered legs are adorned with inlaid Grecian urns above bellflowers and elliptical inlay. There is a signature on the underside which has not been deciphered, apart from the letters NY for New York...

Condition: the top cornice is a later replacement as are the brass pulls. Some old chips and roughness to a few drawer edges. Old refinish. Not a marriage. Dimensions: 73 inches height x 40 1/2 inches width x 21 3/8 inches depth.

Antique Classically designed gilt over mantel mirror with three beveled glass panels flanked by columns with finely detailed Corinthian capitals and featuring a frieze depicting lions pulling a chariot with a victorious armored warrior. The mirror is trimmed with twenty-one gilt balls. 19th century. Size: 54 inches length x 35.25 inches height x 5 inches depth.
