This rare teke turkomen pendant was originally worn as a necklace. This piece is studded with carnelians and decorated with gold wash aka "firegilded" detail. The pendant is 4 inches wide and 9.5 inches long.

A pair woman's festive leggings from Sana'a, Yemen. The upper part is brocade with boteh pattern in gold wrapped silk threads and the lower part with couched silver wrapped threads forming stars. Antique Japanese hair ornaments, Gin(Silver) Kanzashi with bira-bira danglings. This is an unusually large and heavy Kanzashi probably worn by Geisha. It was made for a very special occasion when a particularly elaborate hair style was needed. The ornaments are all made with silver and the bodies are plated on mixed metals. 16 petals chrysanthemum heads. This one is definitely for Kanzashi collector. Measuring 32" x 1", this belt is comprised of a heavy stepped buckle, 8 square panels featuring peacocks, lions and other animals, 8 rectangular panels of foliate designs, 5 round panels with peacocks, and 12 bar panels with a flower, all over 13 woven strands of silver. SOLD. Vintage Gilded Brass Sash Ornament with small C catch clasp, leaning toward the Art Deco direction, leading one to ponder perhaps this was late in the 'Sash wearing period'. Beautiful antique gold ring in the form of a coiled snake, with a ruby in the top of its head, and diamonds as eyes. Marked with an antique hallmark with 14 just visible. Also tests positive for 14KT gold. Circa 1900 - 1920. Snakes were a popular motif in the Victorian era, signifying eternity and love, and were also a popular motif in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco eras. Substantial at 12 grams...

Early 1900's charm and elegance are expressed in this lovely set. Shimmering pink crystals are highlighted by tiny clear rhinestones, and the effect is dazzling. Necklace is 16 1/2" at full extension, lavaliere is 3 1/2" wide and 2" high excluding the 1" drops. Bracelet wraps around and slopes to 1/2" high in the back. Front is 1 1/4" high with a plaque 2" high and 4" long.
