Antique Japanese hair ornaments, Gin(Silver) Kanzashi with bira-bira danglings. This is an unusually large and heavy Kanzashi probably worn by Geisha. It was made for a very special occasion when a particularly elaborate hair style was needed. The ornaments are all made with silver and the bodies are plated on mixed metals. 16 petals chrysanthemum heads. This one is definitely for Kanzashi collector. SOLD. Vintage Gilded Brass Sash Ornament with small C catch clasp, leaning toward the Art Deco direction, leading one to ponder perhaps this was late in the 'Sash wearing period'. Green Art Glass Cabochon with moonglow button affect swirls is bezel set at 7/8" X 1/2" yet embraced with 2 double claw decorative prongs. Lots of strong design. 3 3/4" X 1 3/4". Early 1900's charm and elegance are expressed in this lovely set. Shimmering pink crystals are highlighted by tiny clear rhinestones, and the effect is dazzling. Necklace is 16 1/2" at full extension, lavaliere is 3 1/2" wide and 2" high excluding the 1" drops. Bracelet wraps around and slopes to 1/2" high in the back. Front is 1 1/4" high with a plaque 2" high and 4" long.
