The screw backs are original to the earrings and in good working order. They are marked sterling and bear the maker’s mark of Richard Reinhardt (1921-1998), a modernist studio jeweler from the Philadelphia area...

A bride’s dream is this great platinum estate engagement ring from the 1960’s centered by a 2.79Ct brilliant cut diamond that is EGL certified and has G color and SI 1 clarity. The center diamond is flanked on either side by a tapered diamond baguette. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 3.13Ct. Our photos do not do justice to this exquisite treasure.

Carefully worked repousse enhanced with chasing and beading couple with warm patina in a pair of romantic, feminine earrings. Approx. 1 1/4" square, the set weighs 12.8 grams and is fully and appropriately hallmarked with Margot's signature as well as Eagle 16 assay mark and des no 5488. An excellent example of the Los Ballesteros taller's work combining silver with simulated synthetic alexandrite, this is a hinged "dimpled dot" bracelet holding two huge faceted gems in big crown settings. The stones are open-backed and they change color under different light conditions going from a deep clear amethyst to a steely purple. The bracelet has an inner circumference of 6 3/4" and its width varies between 2" in the front and 5/8" in the back...

Gold seal of approval! An American Victorian 10Kt gold and carnelian watch fob/seal. The carnelian seal measures 1” X 15/16”and is set in a frame on the bottom. The openwork scrolls constitute the sides and handle of the fob, which is very stylishly topped by a line design decorated tubular bail.

A sweet, summery set by Los Castillo featuring dramatic repousse flowers - I like to think they are daisies for some reason - comprised by the necklace and matching clip-on earrings. I suspect that whoever owned this necklace previously had the earrings turned into clip-backs and for some reason the jeweler elected to use silvertone findings...

Magnificent long sterling hand made earrings by Navajo Allen Kee who was a benchsmith for the White Hogan Shop in Scottsdale,Arizona from 1946 to 1962, working beside Kenneth Begay. These measure 2 5/8" long and have posts for pierced earrings. They are in fine original condition and hallmarked as shown. Rare and gorgeous design.

Difficult to find, especially with its hourglass charm still attached to it, one of Margot's most sought-after, avidly collected, time-themed bracelets. I love the fleshiness of the Roman numerals and the architectural quality of the hourglass charm itself - please not the "beading" that represents the sand in it...

Beautiful sterling cuff with fine multi stone inlay by Navajo silversmith Gibson Nez. This is a spectacular example of the work for which he is best known. Deceased on December 1,2007, he was a self taught silversmith who won the prestigious Smithsonian Medal of Honor, more than 700 blue ribbons, was featured in magazines and books and was a featured guest artist in many museums and galleries across the United States. This bracelet measures 5 1/4" around in the inside with a 1 1/4" opening...

I have seen this brooch years ago with Fred Davis's signature and was a little surprised at the almost cartoon-like design at the time so the memory stayed with me since. And when I recently came upon the demi of brooch and earrings (you can see both pieces in the next to last photo), I held my breath - only to find Eagle 22 yet no FD initials on the back of the pieces. Unfortunately, Davis is famous for not being as meticulous as Spratling in having all his jewelry marked with his signature... ...
