Rare Penti Sarpaneva 830 silver ring this is a stunning piece. Multi-layered and very impressive it is topped by a "lace" type flat-top pyramid and has excellent patina. The ring is currently a sz 6.5 but it's adjustable due to its open shank. Its face measures 1 3/8" square and it will rise approx. 7/16" off the finger when worn. It weighs 18.2 grams and is fully signed as shown, dating in 1972.

Measuring 5 7/8" around in the inside plus a 1 1/4" opening, it is 1 3/4" wide at the center stone. (Center stone is 1 3/4" long and 3/4" wide.). All stones are free of chips or cracks. A rare and exceptional 14k gold and carved lapis scarab ring signed Macefield. William Mason and Leonard Field were a collaborative effort of artist/jewelers from Winchester, MA. ( the North Shore ) who were most active in the late 40's and 50's. This ring is a size 5 1/4 and measures 7/8" long and 3/4" wide.
