This Korda 'riding guard' from the Thief of Bagdad is gold plated base metal. This item was inspired by the guards on horseback who, in the film, make their way through the crowd, for the princess' arrival. This item was manufactured by the Rice-Weiner & Co, of Providence, Rhode Island. It is hallmarked with Thief of Bagdad, Korda and what appears to be a check mark 3 on one side and 61 or 6r on the other side. 2 1/2" x 2 5/8" . Excellent condition. Circa 1940...
A lovely pair of signed Givenchy goldtone earrings. The hemispheric surmounts are worked in an open basketweave pattern, and the design is repeated on the dangling spheres. The workmanship is very nice and the timeless design can be worn with virtually anything. The clips are marked "Givenchy Paris New York".

This Coro rooster in gold plated base metal with black beak,eye,and feet and a red. The enameling on the tail is white with gold feather accents. The rooster stomach is a large amber colored crystal which measures 1 1/4 x 3/4". The stone shows an indention in the glass which appears to be smooth like it was a pour problem rather than a chip.
Stunning and very weighty and substantial bib necklace with huge colorless stones in heavy thick cast goldtone openback metal settings with
ornate decoration and crown form prongs. The small drops are set with dog tooth prongs. With goldtone metal extender chain. The
construction and stones suggest this is a French piece. Circa 1950 or 1960. 16 1/2 inches wearable length and drops 2 1/8 inches in the
center. The largest stone is 5/8 inch wide. Excellent condition...
The cobras on the choker and earrings are not the least intimidating. Rather they bring a smile and a sense of admiration for their whimsy and fun. This set is among HAR's masterpieces of fantasy figurals. From a gold plated rope chain a teal green cobra curls. He is bedecked with topaz iridescent rhinestones and chunky purple stones. Necklace is 18" with closure in the front. Clip earrings match the cobra head and stones on the necklace. 1 1/4" by 1 1/4".
