A hand carved late Victorian bone brooch in a Gothic design circa 1880. This 1-1/2" across pin is finely carved in a Gothic openwork design. It has its original brass pin and c-clasp, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, scrapes, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use...

Fabulous collier made from goldtone metal and wired glass beads simulating different colors of jade, coral, amber, turquoise, and lapis. Also with small goldtone metal beads which I have had on another signed French necklace. Slide clasp with matching wired beads. This could easily be lengthened by adding jump rings at either side of the clasp. I can have this done for a nominal fee. Wearable length is 15 1/2 inches. The drop is 2 1/2 inches. Cast pewter and gilt pendant with a squirrel, by Volmer Bahner, c 1940, made to look like bronze. VB (1912 – 1995) was a Danish designer who in his jewels usually worked with enamel and silver. However, during WWII silver and even bronze was sometimes hard to find and cheaper material such as pewter was used as a substitute. This is an old timer, sterling from the 1940's. The cabochons are prong set and open back, and vibrant in color. The tiny clear rhinestones are set in graceful scrolled patterns. Great brooch for a suit or coat! 4 3/4" long, 1 1/2" wide. Coro pegasus and sterling marked on the back.

Stunning vintage fringed necklace in textured goldtone metal with very big glass based teardrop shaped baroque faux pearls, modernist oblong chain link elements, and decorated connecting links. 1960s. Not marked, however, the design, materials and findings are characteristically French. I have another necklace listed with these distinctive chain links. A fabulous and very modern day or evening piece. Hook closure.

These Coro cockatoos have been hand painted with enamel. At the center of each flower is a faceted, faux diamond.

As you can see by the patent below, this duette was designed by Gene Verrechio and patented in 1941. Pat # for the duette is Des. 126,490 and for the clip #1798867.

Coro invented the "Duette" in the 1930s. An ingenious invention. The design involves two pin clips that fit together, joined by a mechanism at the back, so they can be worn together as a single brooch...

This Trifari 'Alfred Philippe" small fruit salad wheelbarrow clip is rhodium plated base metal, with rhinestones, and fruit salads. It is hallmarked Trifari with a crown, Des Pat. No 125185.

This brooch was made by W. A. P. Watson in Solihul, England using the trade name of Exquisite (Hallmarked) from about the late 1940s to the 1970s. This cornflower brooch is 2 3/4" x 2 1/4" ( 5.5CM x 4.4CM). The brooches come in two sizes: 6-7cm x 4-5 cm)

This elegant depiction of a Wiener Dog is c. late 1940’s. The sterling silver vermeil and marcasites compliment the beautiful ropetwist, open wirework of the body. The ear is set with marcasites, as is the eye. The back is marked “ALICE CAVINESS” and “STERLING GERMANY” on applied plaques. The pin measures 2” (from snout to tail) x 1/2". This wonderful piece is in excellent condition.

This antique Victorian tortoise shell silver pique inlaid bracelet is composed of 7 square discs with a silver pique inlaid. These designs include 3 turtles, 2 sailboats and 2 palm trees. The bracelet is 7" x 15/16" square. The tortoise shell colors are beautiful.

Rare vintage Thierry Mugler Couture runway festoon necklace. Large cascading rhinestones with even larger pear shaped, unfoiled drops. 15 1/2" (39.5 cm) long from the toggle to the square holder. The center drop is 6 '' (15.6 cm) long. All the stones are brilliant and the necklace is in pristine vintage condition. A truly amazing piece!
