High retro design 14Kt yellow and pink gold ring from the 1940-s or early 1950-s. The ring incorporates a ribbon and bow design with ruby and diamond enhancements. Very special Art Nouveau gold filled double-sided "Mercury" motif pendant, circa 1900. In Roman mythology, Mercury was the messenger and protector. This beautifully executed pendant is circle shaped and features a youthful Mercury wearing a winged helmet surrounded by eight marcasite stars, hinged at the base, reverse side with script monogram EMJ.
