A 12k yellow gold Victorian hair brooch pin circa 1850 1880. This 1-3/8 x 1-1/8" brooch has fine hand tooling and engraving and it features an oval beveled glass window with a retaining bezel. It contains a curl of brown hair and it has an MCP monogram on the back. It has a later gate latch clasp which is stamped 14K (replacing the original c-clasp) and this pin weighs 5.7 grams...

There is a 4 mm. pearl in the center of the dome and it measures 2-3/4" long in total and it weighs 5.2 grams...

These are very unusual! We have only seen one other pair with photos, and those were not gold. Each cuff link features a photograph of an elegant lady in a high-necked blouse with upswept hair. This pair was clearly worn a lot, based on the patina, but they still look great. The 10k marks are on the back of the fronts only, not on the “torpedo” ends. We don’t test torpedoes, so can’t promise that they are also 10k, but they certainly look it...

A 10k Victorian 19th century chain necklace. This attractive 16-7/8" chain consists of 1/8" wide double links and it has later gold filled ends (a swivel and a springring). It was cut down from a long Victorian fan chain and it would make a nice bracelet or necklace. A very fine Victorian 14K gold stickpin, the head set with a round hardstone cameo depicting a pheasant. The cameo is worked in banded white and brown agate. The carving shows a pheasant running along the ground amidst underbrush, and has superb detail. Tested and guaranteed 14K.
