This lovely pin is 14 k gold. The very Victorian motif of hearts on a crescent is outlined in seed pearls. It is hallmarked but the mark is incomplete; the marks for Birmingham and England are present, along with an unidentified mark. There is no date stamp but the 2" wide pin appears to be circa 1890.

Go back in time with this beautiful bracelet. The focal point is an intricately engraved 14 karat Victorian box catch from the end of the 19th century. Two rows of curb chain sandwich a central row of a texturized fancy link chain. These 14 karat chains may be of the same age as the large clasp or may have been added later, in the 1920’s. A great example of Victorian Etruscan work displayed on the middle nine links of this 18Kt yellow gold graduated bracelet. These delicate earrings are from the late 19th century and test as 14kt gold, so they are likely American. Each is formed as a scalloped disc, decorated with a delicately engraved leaf. The screw backs were added later, possibly replacing kidney wires that allowed the discs to drop just below the ear lobe. One of the screw back bars is slightly bent, but secure.
