The use of pale blue spinels the color of aquamarines is a very unusual treatment in a bracelet of this type, and the overall effect is very pretty. Edwardian Pin, 18 K yellow gold and platinum pin. The pin is bezel set with an oval natural ruby weighing 1.00 carat. The ruby has a medium to medium light reddish-pink intensity with good clarity. There are sixty eight rose cut diamonds bead set in a platinum gallery around the ruby. The craftsmanship is fine, and the condition is excellent. Circa 1901 - 1914. The pin measures 3 ½” in length.
