These rocking horse earrings have to be Los Castillo's most endearing design and it is also rare. The weight is 14 grams of repousse. Vintage pearl and sterling silver bracelet designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist artist Antonio Pineda. Bracelet measures 6 1/4" long X 5/8" wide. Hallmarked with Antonio crown, Taxco, 970 and eagle. The design features 11 pearls each set within a round oxidized silver cup. Each cup framed by a thick silver square. Secure, tight slide-in clasp with attached safety chain. Bracelet is in beautiful condition with no damage or repairs.

Early Mexico City open backed repousse cuff looks so fabulous without being embossed around the background of the roses because it makes the repousse really pop. This is a 1 10/16th in. wide and the diameter is 2.5in. There are no repairs, no dents and no light holes that come from poorly pressed silver. The roses are brisk and superbly dimensional. An excellent example and fabulous on.

A spectacular and rare Mexican sterling clamper signed by noted maker RAF with his eagle 28 and signed again by another mark in the circle as shown. This has an airy feel to the floral design with lots of open space and the weight is 65 grams. the diameter of the oval for size is 2.5in. which equates to approximately 7in. wearable. The repousse is heavy and can be compared to Margot de Taxco's work in thickness of silver. The front face is 2.75in. tall and it tapers to .75in. in the very back...

These Mexican silver dimensional floral earrings show great detail of the open flower. The size is 1.25 inches by 1 inch. Hallmarked as shown by DS and weighing 8 grams. These look like a perfect match to the clamper also listed on my site of the same flower. The presence of the earring on is a beautiful reflection. Condition is perfect.

A pre-1948 pair of vintage Mexican silver earrings of exceptional design that goes with all Matl pieces. The color of the stones is a turquoise green. These are 2 in. tall and 2.75in. wide at the widest. The weight is 8.5 grams heavy. Properly hallmarked as shown with ICM, these earrings are remarkable and rare.

This geometric openwork pin depicting snakelike creatures is distinguished by its design, which draws from ancient Mexican imagery. The pin is sturdily made and has a secure C-clasp. I love the old hand made flies. They are so realistic and these are in 2 sizes. One is 1.75in. long and 1.25in. wide. This one is a pre-1948 980 TAXCO hallmark and weighs 6 grams heavy. This is "The Armadillo" cuff. (The necklace is no longer available). It was designed circa 1945-50 by Valentin Vidaurreta and made by master silversmith Manuel Altamirano who worked for Valentin and also for Hector Aguilar. It is featured on page 198 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny C. Morrill. The cuff is 5 1/2" around in the inside plus a 1 1/2" opening.
