This delicate pin has a branch-like design formed by lost-wax casting, with a textured surface and applied beads. The oxidized and textured surface has a Brutalist feel. It is marked sterling, with what appears to be a maker’s mark of AR in an oval reserve. The pin has a secure rollover clasp, and measures 2 ¼ inches long by 1 ¼ inches wide. Weight: 8.2 grams

These abstract earrings have an unconstructed, rough look of Brutalist design. They have pendants with curled, textured and oxidized surfaces that are finished on both sides and dangle from similar tops. They test definitively for sterling silver, and although they are not too heavy for the original ear clips, a good jeweler or metalsmith could convert them to posts to be on the safe side. There are indecipherable marks on the pendant top rings that could be either tool marks or struck...

A Modern style sterling necklace and matching earrings set with navy blue cabochon glass stones. This cool set consists of the 17-1/4" necklace with a 1-1/4" x 1-1/8" central drop and a herringbone style chain with a springring clasp, plus the 1-1/8" x 5/8" pierced earrings. This ring is a size 11 1/2 (can be resized, of course). It has a cool design, almost foil-like (see pictures). It's just over 1/2" at its highest. It is marked 925. It's a wonderful piece in excellent condition.

This "dainty," sterling silver bracelet has a classic mod design from The Studio era. The front is 3/8" wide then tapers down to 1/4" and then tapers back up to 3/8". This pendant measures 1 3/4" x 1" (x 3/8"). It is an textured, oxidized, silver plaque, surmounted by silver, textured, biomorphic portion. It is circa 1960's and in excellent condition. It also has good heft.

Formed as fish skeletons, they are nicely made, with working screw backs that are marked sterling. The backs of the fish are also marked sterling, along with a partial mark that ends with the word ‘Silversmith.’ Please note that some of the pictures show the surface with a yellow cast; the truest color of the silver is in the last two photos. Here is a mid-20th century handmade ring of two types of wood mounted in a sterling silver frame. The wood is carved into small squares. The rectangular top is soldered to a sterling band and rises about 1/2 inch from the finger. The ring is unmarked, but tests for sterling. The top of the ring measures 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. The ring is sized to a 7.

This bracelet has a beautiful deisign. The decorative face measures 2" x 1 1/2. The band portion has a hinged closure and is thin with a scalloped design.

An ultramodern bow tie 925 sterling cuff bangle bracelet from the 1970s. This modernist bangle features a punched and ridged bow with a central dome and it measures 2-1/4 x 1-3/4" across the interior, 3/4" at the widest and the bow is 2-1/8 x 1-1/4". The bow is longer on one side than the other and you could certainly decorate it with beading or other items through the holes...

An unusual size 10 sterling silver and genuine (tested) sapphire stone with an RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) logo. It weighs 11.3 grams, it is stamped * + R S/S. This pin features a dynamic abstract design comprised of an elongated piece of amber set in a similarly shaped silver frame. A silver wire applied to the back surrounds the piece evokes a ‘space-age’ sense of movement. The pin is marked 835 on the back for silver content; the mark is accompanied by an impressed abstract fish, probably for the Fischland workshop of Georg and Walter Kramer. The pin measures 2 ½ inches long by about ¾ inch at its widest part.

The ring exhibits a hammered surface and soft patina from age. It has a wide band that is seamlessly attached to the dome top. The ring is marked serling and tests definitely as such. It is sized at a 7 full; the dome rises about ½ inch. Weight: 13 grams

This ring design features a constructionist approach to the classic 1960s domed ring. Ridged protrusions overlay a grainy, textured surface. The band is separated for ease of sizing; it is quite thick, so probably would need professional adjustment. It is currently a size 7. Weight: 11.4 grams

This sterling silver pendant features a ‘space age’ design with a center amethyst cabochon. The surface is textured and oxidized for a whitish patina; there are a few tiny spots of oxidation. The amethyst is securely prong set. The back of the pendant and the bail exhibit a 925 in a cartouche with the words ‘Industria Argentina,’ which roughly translated means Made in Argentina.
