William DeHart - rare American modernist sterling brooch.

A vintage large sterling silver leaf shaped pendant by Angela Cummings who designed for Tiffany & Co. Signed AC Studio for her company after she left Tiffany, 925 and Thailand.

Measures 2" high and 2 1/4" wide. Has a large bale so will accommodate a thick chain or neck ring. Currently suspended from a black satin cord.

Fine condition with minimal surface scratches and tarnish. Quality piece.

Frappe - an American modernist artisan working in the Pittsburgh area. He studied at the Carnegie Mellon Institute and later taught there as well. His work is hard to find, always solid and well crafted

Marked, Frappe, sterling

A lightly hammered sterling silver bangle bracelet signed by the artist, Walter Tofel of Bennington, Vermont. Tofel was the manager at the Ed Levin store in Bennington in 1970 where he learned his craft. He began making his own jewelry designs which he sold at craft fairs and later out of his home.

This bracelet has lightly hammered curved sides and flatten areas. It is oval so can easily be slipped on and off.

Measures 3" across the diameter...

A very well crafted pair of sterling silver earrings and matching pendant, each with a prong set rose quartz stone. We especially like how the prongs are formed from folding pieces of the main parts. Pendant measures 2 1/2" long and 1 3/4" across. Would look nice on a chain or neck ring. Screw back earrings measure 1 3/8" high and 1 1/8" across. Screw backs are marked T2 and Sterling. They hold securely. Very nice condition, warm patina. Great modernist design.

Not much is known about Industria Argentina, except that they produced exceptionally designed and crafted jewelry in the 1950s and '60s. This weighty silver ring is typical of their purist modernist aesthetic.

Size 6. Marked "Industria Argentina, Buenos Aires," and hallmarked 900 for silver fineness. Quite substantial at 11.9 grams. Excellent vintage condition.

A pair of vintage hand wrought sterling silver bracelets: one link and one with a geometric, large solid charm by the Mid Century Modernist silversmith, Charles Leslie Smith. May purchase individually or as a pair.

The solid link bracelet measures about 7 1/4" long and 1/" at the widest. The back is marked with the CLS in a shield logo for the artist, Hand Wrought and Sterling. Has a hook closure that holds securely...

A pair of vintage sterling silver heart shaped earrings by Peggy Ackerly, (1921-2011), who apprenticed with Sam Kramer from 1943-64. Ackerly helped design and execute many of Kramer's most iconic pieces. These earrings are post 1968, when she began using the conjoined MA mark for Margaret Ackerly.

The heart shaped pieces swing on the curled vines that are attached to the ear wires. The earrings measure 7/8" across and 1" tall. Marked with her hallmark and sterling on the back of each one...

Sterling and cornelian hand made screwback earrings by famous NYC modernist, Sam Kramer, c.1940's. Vintage sterling articulated necklace with a detachable matching pendant with cabochon cut genuine amethyst stones. Circa 1955. A studio piece, not marked or signed but tests positive for sterling silver. With a hook clasp. The color of the stones is a bit warmer than the photos depict. Very versatile and wearable and an excellent length.

The necklace is 17 inches long clasped by 1/2 inch wide. The length can be adjusted by hooking anywhere along the necklace links...
