Hand made large sterling modernist ring, c.1950's. Made of heavy gauge silver it measures 1 3/8" long by 3/4" wide and is size 6 3/4. Two(2) pendant necklaces made of brass and silver by the famous NYC modernist Ed Wiener. One of the necklaces is signed:"ED. WIENER" and they are in excellent condition. Each concave disk has a free form applied silver wire and bead design. One pendant measures 2 1/2" and the other, almost 2". They are each hanging on sterling chains, 30" and 19". Handmade initial sterling MODERNIST ring by BILL TENDLER, c.1950's. The initials are lower case "eg" and is a great example of that type of period initialed piece. This wonderfully unique pin, c. 1950’s, is by Perli Werkstatt of Germany. It is skillfully handcrafted with its crater design and organic texture. It is signed “Perli 800” and something else I cannot make out. Its diameter is 1 1/4”. It’s in excellent condition.

Rare handmade large scale sterling cuff by the famous NYC modernist, Paul Lobel(1899-1983), c.1945. Original design combining flat silver outlined in decorative thick silver wire. It is signed "LOBEL STERLING" and is in excellent condition. Of good size, it measures 1 1/2" wide and the inside circumference is 6 1/2" and will fit a medium wrist. A sterling silver modernist brooch by noted Mid Century jeweler, Caroline Gleick Rosene. This brooch is made from three thick squared off sterling wires attached to a small triangular piece of sterling. Marked Sterling Rosene on the back. Measures 2 1/4" across and 7/8" at the widest. Rollover safety clasp holds securely. Great example of Mid Century studio jewelry.
A modernist brooch by noted mid century silversmith, Frances Holmes Boothby.
This brooch measures 1 5/8" tall and 1 1/4" across the bottom. Has a textured inlay of multicolored enamel. There is a sterling inlay in the center of the enamel for an interesting contrast. Marked with fhb and Sterling on the back. Has a safety rollover clasp that holds securely.
Has a few minor scratches, some tarnish and one nick to the side that touches both the edge and the side of the bezel...
